There is only one electric stove, which never got the water boiling even when pouring the hot water directly from electric kettle. There is only one pot in the kitchen.

The accommodation is really close to the city center and the beach. Free parking is also, because there is not many options in the city it self. The host is really nice lady. Perfect views.

Property is a bit dated, showing its age, but its still a good value for the price.

The property is a bit older, however there is everything you need here. Good location, kitchen, wifi, private bathroom, cookware, AC and heater, couch to sit on, fridge, and even a balcony. A nice entry way, and a private door, down below. the location is not more than 2 or 3 blocks from the beach and other major parts like the old town.

It's an old apartment, but I knew when I booked the apartment. So, it's not a negative side from my side.

Top location and the parking. The location is near to the center, the beach and the old town. The parking is public, but Marija helped us to park our car near to the accommodation.

Good Value for money, 15 minutes walk/stairs from Budva old town. 15 minutes walk from Budva bus terminal. Have sea view.

Proper cleaning needs to be done, room is a bit old and that's totally fine but hair in the sink, shower etc this should be taken care of.

Kitchen leaves a bit to be desired, basic equipment. Might not be suitable for extended stays if you plan to cook your own meals. The guy whose contact is provided upon reserving isn't very responsive / helpful.

Great location, easy access to the city center, nice balcony, a/c works fine. The lady was super friendly and let us check in early. Great for a quick stop along the road.

The owner was so friendly! Ecen though she didn't speak English very well, we were able to understand each other and she was so helpful! The location is amazing, you can see the island and the sea from the balcony.

Bad points: 1) Not a single word of English - impossible to communicate. Every single contact I had with the host was completely frustrating and exhausting. If your job is in the tourism industry, how is it possible you DO NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH? (I really mean it, NOT A SINGLE WORD) You don't need to learn the whole language, but there are 20-30 basic sentences that ANY host that takes their job seriously SHOULD know. You can find countless videos, classes for free in YouTube that will get you there. You not being able to communicate to your guests will have a direct impact on your guest's stay at your property, and the reviews they give you. Think about it, it's a small investment of your time that will be well worth it if you work in the tourism sector. 2) Internet was on and off...it was ok during the day, but at night, when all the other guests were (probably) streaming the speed dropped a lot. It wasn't terrible, but if you need internet for work, this is a thing you need to account for. 3) The apartment was, I'm not going to say filthy, but it was very dirty. The floors were sticky, and I had to wear socks the whole time because the soles of my feet were pitch black dirty after walking barefoot the first day. There were hairs all over the floor. The bathroom was very smelly and I ended up avoiding getting in there as much as I could. 4) Very careless and sloppy host. They had a washing machine (which I was never told I could use, so basically it was their washing machine in my room) and on the first day, they left a whole wash from another guest soaking all night. 5) The fridge was really dirty....the freezer was completely filthy. There was residue fat and sticky yuck from the previous guest...I had to lay down plastic bags inside the fridge so my food wouldn't get in contact with whatever the goop was. Looked completely unhygienic 6) The pillows were a mess.

Good points: 1) The apartment is very spacious and has a great view. 2) It has a working kitchen, well equiped with cooking utencils, stove, the works. 3) Good TV and cable. 4) Good boiler, I never had a problem with hot water. 5) Plenty of chairs tables and a very large couch. 6) The bed was large and comfortable. 7) My opinion on the location was that it was very good. You will have to walk up a steep slope, but that's why it has such a great view. It is pretty close to the center, 10 - 15 minute walk.

Although there was parking outside the apartment, it was 1st come 1st serve. The host helped us though and we were able to park.

Amazing host, responded instantaneously. The apartment was located above the old town. 167 steps to be exact 🤣. It took us less than 10 min to go up and down. Bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable. There was a patio overlooking the city and sea. Rack to hang laundry outside. Stocked bathroom, towels, and they gave us fresh towels too.

Very dirty, mold in the bathroom, kitchen and the fridge was filthy, couldn’t even use it. Cockroaches in the kitchen as well. Shower curtains were full of mold stains. The toilet had poo stains on it. Bad smell in the whole appartment, bad smell of cigarettes. The bed sheets were smelling very bad, i don’t think they were changed.
