There were a few flights of stairs but the host had her son help us bring up our suitcases which was so thoughtful. It is a good 25 minute walk to the old town.

The location was absolutely stunning. You have access to a private jetty to enjoy the pristine water and views. So beautiful. The host was so helpful and kind.

Wonderful stay with a great host family in a spacious appartement right at the seaside. Amazing location in Kotor: just a short 15' walk from the Old Town, yet very quiet and cozy. The house is more than 200 years old, and you could just feel the history while climbing those cool stone steps. There is a parking space right outside of the house, which is a rarity in Kotor and makes life soooo easy! More importantly - there is a very nice, private beach in front - you don't need to go anywhere looking for a good place to swim - it is right there in front of you! Our hosts have made our stay very pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable and we highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure!

The apartment is located in an old 19th century building and it is on the 4th floor. So there is no elevator, This was not a problem for us and for you if you travel with lightweight luggage.

The apartments is comfortable since it has 4 rooms a big bath, kitchen and a small living room. It has parking and its about 15minutes walk from the old town. Within 5 minutes walk is a bakery store with nice things. Since this was my third time in Kotor, I believe the spot of the apartment is perfect, since its is away from the crowd but at the same time very close to the center. This side of Kotor bay is more relaxed and has a more holiday feeling. The host Oliviera is really polite and helped us a lot to feel nice and comfortable. Sure a place for the future.

there is not a single coffee shop within walking distance where you can have breakfast and drink coffee. There is only one restaurant for the entire area, but this is a general problem of underdeveloped service in this area, and not of specific house.

The apartment is situated just 20 m from the sea coast, the living room has a gorgeous sea view! The apt has three separate rooms, two of them with air-conditiouner, which is very helpful in the summer. Everything is so clean and cosy! You can swim in the marvelous sea just in front of the house. Old town with many cafes, bars and restaurants is in 25 minutes walk from the house. The owner is extremely helpful with everything! I would stay here again 👏

The place is beautiful with the most amazing view from both the apartment and the private deck. Waking up in front of Kotor, the bay and the mountain is so peaceful. Having a coffee and then jumping into the water is priceless. The host is so lovely and helpful! It was very pleasant to discuss with her and she has the cutest dog. I will definitely come back, it is a little paradise on earth. It is 20 min away from Kotor by walking, but it is worth it. Even though the road to walk has no sidewalks sometimes, everybody does it, even at night, you just have to know that fact!

Everything was perfect

Olivera is best house owner, house has a perfect Kotor city view we stayed 3 separated room. House was super clean and it was 15-20 minutes far from city center walk. House has private patio that you can swim and watch old town view. Internet was fast. 5 minutes away from house There is market and bakery you can buy delicious traditional food.Olivera is super kind, friendly she helped us what we needed. Thank you for everything. We had a perfect vacation.

The location was great, a short walk into Kotor. The property was large & comfortable with fabulous views across Kotor bay. Main rooms with air conditioning. Property can fit up to 5 people. The host was very friendly and helpful at all times.
