A great location in a peaceful part just outside of Kotor city. So close to the swimming spots, great views from the balcony and host was very friendly. Highly recommend!

The bedsheets smelt of smoke.

The location was prime!!! The owners and housekeeper were also so kind and helpful. We were grateful for the whole experience and loved our stay here. Would highly recommend.

We came here with no expectations and accomodation Tomcuk managed to blow our minds. The location was great, considering we didn’t want to be in the chaos of Kotor. There were bicycles available with which you could easily cycle to the city within 15 minutes. There were cute restaurants in the area and we really enjoyed chilling and swimming on the little terrace from the accomodation across the street. They also have the sweetest dog, Bootsko, so make sure to pet him when you’re there ;) The host / the woman who worked in the house was really sweet and was always there if we needed her. The room was exactly as we imagined it to be from the pictures, with a good working AC and a stunning view from the balcony. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Quite far from main old town but could ride there by bikes

Absolutely perfect! Big room, really nice view, kind host and everything in the apartment that we could need. We loved every moment of it.

Directly on the water with a private cove to swim in - amazing AC unit kept us cool - Friendly hosts - next to some amazing restaurants and a small marketplace for snacks and goodies. A very romantic place to stay just outside of kotor.

A little far from the old-town center, but honestly that's not an issue if your goal is just to relax by the water with access to great food nearby.

Great location and friendly owners and staff. They let us borrow bikes for free which made it very easy to get into Kotor. Would easily recommend this place!

We had to take a taxi to get to the Kotor Oldtown area which was a bit far.

amazing host, very friendly and very supportive; helped a lot with parking, provided bikes to go around the area, helped with laundry (it was the only place in our trip that had a laundry), even showed a bigger room when we've requested it; waterfront with sunbeds and beach towels included in your stay, that's all you need for swimming; great location, not noisy not crowded and still close to Kotor

The view was out of this world and the room was exceptionally clean! It’s approximately 35/45 minutes depending on your pace to the old town, but it’s down a beautiful coastline, I would 100% stay again!

The view and the room was perfect

A real slice of heaven, away from the busy old town of Kotor. The accommodation is right opposite a private beach / bathing spot, with beautiful sea and mountain views. You can walk or bike into town easily along the coastal road, and there are also bus connections nearby. Violeta and the gorgeous local kitties make the stay extra special.

Our room was so clean, bed is comfortable and most of all, our room has a spectaculae view of Kotor bay. Violeta ans her husband were so nice and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony, and I especially appreciated the peaceful location, just outside the bustle of Kotor, but still a short walk or bike ride into town. The private dock right in front of the room was perfect for swimming. They had bikes available to borrow, though they were a bit old. The staff were kind and attentive, always quick to respond when I rang the bell, and they even let me pick fresh fruit from the garden/trees. I highly recommend staying here!

Really well stocked studio directly across from the water! Sadly it was a bit cold when we were there but the water looked beautiful and it would've been a perfect spot directly across from the accomodation for a swim. It's about an hour walk into the old town which we really liked because it was away from the busy tourist area (and it's a stunning walk along the coast). I would definitely book to stay here again!

The place is exactly the way it is advertised. We were very happy with our room and have no complaints. The host was also a sweet lady who was approachable and helped us with our queries about the locality. We also enjoyed the free rental bikes which are perfect to ride around the bay. The location is perfect as you have the beach right in front of the property and a magnificent view.
