Beautiful and cozy place, run by a very nice family. The room was very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. It is centrally located, so the old town and beaches are only a 5-10 minute walk. Downstairs they also have a very good restaurant, and their food is amazing! Make sure to book a table though, as they seem to be very busy.

The hosts were really warm and welcoming and so helpful with everything. You can really tell that they care for their guests and also put a lot of work and love into their property. Everything is in perfect condition and thoughtfully decorated to create a unique and inviting interior. Despite all professionalism it feels really personal. Their restaurant is also very beautiful with a lot of plants and is shielded from the busy surrounding. The food they served was absolutely exceptional, I’ve probably eaten the best octopus I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

The aircon was a bit noisy and even with ear pugs in I could hear it. This is the only negative about this place. A light on the balcony woud be an awesome addition.

This place was an excellent find and only a 5 minute walk to the old town without crossing busy roads. Private parking was also given at €7 per day and it was ally required as Budva is terrible for parking. The room and its bathroom were both tiny but we knew that so it wasnt an issue. Trump card was the balcony with parial sea view and the ferris wheel. We did not dine at the inhouse restaurant but woukd have if we stayed longer cos it was packed and reviews were excellent.

I did not like that the owners stayed until late hours on the terrace talking and cleaning. I was in the room with the balcony, and wanted to sleep with the door open, however it was too loud, so I had to close the door, in order to not listen to noises.

The locations was very close to the old town, around 10 min walk. Very close to restaurants, bars and supermarket.

The rooms are small but you do see that from the pictures so we expected it. A cot would have been good.

Small family run guest house, family unit was so close and warming to be around! Very welcoming family and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and location was a short walk to old town and sea front. Parking was also available for a small charge.

There’s nothing negative to say about this place

We stayed just two days here but we would definitely book it again. It’s right next to the old town of budva, but still quite enough to get a good sleep. The owner is just wonderful and kind, she does not speak much English (her family does and they are always more than happy to translate and help you ot) but she is still always trying to be helpful. The place is spotless, very comfortable and the value for money is great. We wish we had stayed longer.

I don’t remember bad things about this guest house. If you need to park your car for long time you need to pay for each day for private parking.

The room has a small area (12 sqm), there are parts that I find unnecessary (table, chairs) and the furniture elements are placed in an uninspired way. That reduces at minimum the circulation spaces and makes the room overcrowded. My room did not have a balcony, but wet beach towels can be dried in front of the building. The large bed is actually two twin beds next to each other.

Amazing location a few minutes' walk from the Old City. Super friendly staff who made us feel at home. Maja, the owner, helped us with paid parking, available next to the property, at a decent price. Towels were changed daily, hygiene products were available and all equipment was functional. In the courtyard in front of the building there is an area where you can prepare food, equipped with all the facilities.

The location is very good, close to everywhere, public transportation passes right in front of the hotel. It is a very clean and friendly family business. The market and beaches are very close, there is no need for a car.

Budva is quite busy during the summer, so there was some noise.

Very nice and friendly host, good facilities and location. We had our own balcony, which made it easy to dry sminwear after visiting the beaches.
