There was a smell in the room, which i believe is from the uncleaned living room air condition unit. Really annoying is the fact that you feel pressured to pay 25 EUR/day parking otherwise there is no place to park the car, and I came with my personal car so i had to pay 140 EUR for 5 nights (including 15 EUR tourist tax). Also, on some days, we had to wait more then 10 minutes for someone to let you in the parking lot (it has a barrier), this is really annoying as it is on a small street and you block other drivers on the street and also the ones that want to come out of the parking lot.

The location is great, the apartment is nice apart from the smell.

There are not much issue I did not like. Only please consider that this was an apart rather than a hotel. (just like a apartment flat) There is no cleaning everyday. However not a big problem...

It is very central. Very near to public beach and there are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Also there is a shopping mall across the street. You can walk 10 minutes to old town of Budva. we liked it. The staff was good. The breakfast is good

The kitchen isn't very well equipped so it would be difficult to actually prepare cooked meals here. We only used it for breakfast. They could provide more dishes and pots/pans. We used the pull out couch as a sleeping area and it wasn't super comfortable. Though I hear the bed is great. A minor thing is the cleaning -- perhaps they could offer room cleaning and new towels once every 3-4 days; we were offered cleaning after the 5th day.

It is a bright, comfortable, modern apartment with a balcony -- it was convenient to dry our beach towels outside and also enjoy the mountain view. It is very quiet; there are no bars/clubs nearby, but traffic can be noisy. Once you shut the windows you can't hear anything. It is perfectly positioned for an easy walk to both the beach and the old town. And the green market and a supermarket are only a few blocks away. I loved having a 24-hour reception; they were helpful with any information we needed and provided extra toiletries once we ran out. They also let us check in early since they had an apartment ready. I also appreciated the water filter on the kitchen faucet. And the free fruit at the reception desk is a bonus!

Interior of the apartment we lived in was quite outdated. Also the inner door lock was broken, we had to use the key to close the door even when we were inside.So we had to detach the key from the card that enabled electricity (they were bound together)

The location is great and the staff is very friendly, helped to organise transfer from Podgorica airport, responded to all questions during the stay.

The “sea view” is not a wide view. We had a building in front of our terrace and you could hardly see the sea.

Excellent location within walking distance of few minutes to the old town and the beach. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets just across the street. Very clean, large and well equipped apartment. It was perfect for the family.

As we booked a room out of the season time I believe the price could be a bit cheaper.

The location was good and the staff was very hostile. The hotel is near the seafront and you have everything available nearby. Just in front of the hotel there is a vending machine.

Breakfast was really nothing special and most of the warm dishes were already cold when served. Coffee needs to be separately asked from the staff. Additional fee of 25 € per parking for one night is quite high and the entrance to underground parking is quite well hidden in the "back street" leading to Hotel Budva.

Great location next to the beach, old town and a lots of restaurants. Room was huge and beds were comfortable. View was nothing particular and I wouldn't be paying extra for "sea view" since the other hotels next door are quite effectively blocking the view to all directions. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

Location is excellent. Close to the old city, 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Not so clean, and needs some maintenance (the shower hose was leaking, table was broken, etc.) The hot water finished after 8 minutes of shower, and took hours to warm again. We were 7 adults and 3 kids in 2 apartments. We couldn't take shower all of us each day cause it took too much time for the water to warm up... The ladies in reception were very nice, the old man wasn't so nice, looks like every question we asked made him angry 🫠 To their favor, they agreed to give us discount on the parking fee

It’s not clear why on the top of the price shown in booking, they charged not only city tax (as expected) but also 15 eur “cleaning fee per stay”. It goes without saying that the apartment must be clean when we enter, and to be clean after we leave, but that should be calculated in the price shown in booking, as this is the standard, nothing extra. Just to be clear, for 4 days/3 nights of our stay, no one additionally cleaned the apartment or changed towels, or anything, that’s why i do not understand charging extra for cleaning fee.

If there had been a washing machine, it would have been perfect, along with a few kitchen items like a grater or a toaster.

Don’t take breakfast here. It’s not worth it. Price for breakfast was not cheap but not tasty at all. We paid for it when we booked but after we had breakfast in different places.

Nice appartment, specious, clean, almost in city centre and not far from the beach. We were happy that we could pay for parking place because if you come Budva summer time very hard to find place for your car.

Very small things to make it even better: some notes about how things work (boiler, air conditioning, blinds). There was only one chair on the balcony- 2 chairs and a small table would be a nice touch.

The staff helped us with a taxi transfer and checked us in early. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with AC in each room. Good location.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. However, the dryer on the balcony was rusty and somewhat broken, and there was a bit of a lack of utensils for a big family :)

Gufo apart has a great location, with the old city, beaches and shops nearby. The breakfast offered was limited, but my wife appreciated not having to cook breakfast for our three kids. Cleaning services were provided once every four days.
