The location is great, the apartment is nice apart from the smell.

There was a smell in the room, which i believe is from the uncleaned living room air condition unit. Really annoying is the fact that you feel pressured to pay 25 EUR/day parking otherwise there is no place to park the car, and I came with my personal car so i had to pay 140 EUR for 5 nights (including 15 EUR tourist tax). Also, on some days, we had to wait more then 10 minutes for someone to let you in the parking lot (it has a barrier), this is really annoying as it is on a small street and you block other drivers on the street and also the ones that want to come out of the parking lot.

When booking this property, the site states that it is a non-smoking property. Our first room had two ashtrays cigarette burns in the room smelled like it was smoked out. We could barely breathe. It was awful when we called the person that was currently working stated that it was a smoking property and that there was nothing he could do. Her toilet seat was broken, the deadbolt to lock. The door was broken. We could barely lock the door, the sleeping situation was very uncomfortable for us and the gentleman simply just did not care. At the reception there’s a huge sign, even mailed to the wall, saying no smoking. They moved us to a different room the next day at least this room didn’t smell like cigarettes. They have the AC blasting to air out everything, but unfortunately, once it was off, you could smell the sewage and the mold. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location, amazing apartament !

It is very central. Very near to public beach and there are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Also there is a shopping mall across the street. You can walk 10 minutes to old town of Budva. we liked it. The staff was good. The breakfast is good

There are not much issue I did not like. Only please consider that this was an apart rather than a hotel. (just like a apartment flat) There is no cleaning everyday. However not a big problem...

Everything was fine

Fabulous central location, close to Budva’s Old Town, beaches and marina. Markets and restaurants were all in close proximity. Water sports and boat tours were all accessible within a 5 minute walk. We arrived very late and staff provided us with bottled water which was very thoughtful and we were also permitted to check out an hour late which was extremely helpful. Rooms were very spacious &we had the additional bonus of a washing machine in the apartment.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a bit of an issue. I personally cleaned the fridge the day after our arrival.

It is a bright, comfortable, modern apartment with a balcony -- it was convenient to dry our beach towels outside and also enjoy the mountain view. It is very quiet; there are no bars/clubs nearby, but traffic can be noisy. Once you shut the windows you can't hear anything. It is perfectly positioned for an easy walk to both the beach and the old town. And the green market and a supermarket are only a few blocks away. I loved having a 24-hour reception; they were helpful with any information we needed and provided extra toiletries once we ran out. They also let us check in early since they had an apartment ready. I also appreciated the water filter on the kitchen faucet. And the free fruit at the reception desk is a bonus!

The kitchen isn't very well equipped so it would be difficult to actually prepare cooked meals here. We only used it for breakfast. They could provide more dishes and pots/pans. We used the pull out couch as a sleeping area and it wasn't super comfortable. Though I hear the bed is great. A minor thing is the cleaning -- perhaps they could offer room cleaning and new towels once every 3-4 days; we were offered cleaning after the 5th day.

It's an ideal location. In the module of everything. The apartment is super clean. Really great apartment to stay. AMAZING staff and perfect place for a couple or family. Can't say anything bad at all. I can highly recommend it.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly, helped to organise transfer from Podgorica airport, responded to all questions during the stay.

Interior of the apartment we lived in was quite outdated. Also the inner door lock was broken, we had to use the key to close the door even when we were inside.So we had to detach the key from the card that enabled electricity (they were bound together)

Parking price very high, there was coffee machine but without any single capsule to use it.

Excellent location within walking distance of few minutes to the old town and the beach. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets just across the street. Very clean, large and well equipped apartment. It was perfect for the family.

The “sea view” is not a wide view. We had a building in front of our terrace and you could hardly see the sea.
