The only thing I regretted is not to book better room - with balcony on bay view and kitchen. Bus since we were travelling on a budget, we chose cheaper room. Would definitely come back and upgrade the room choice.

Great host. Never seen the host more eager to help with anything and provide. Need beach towels? No problem, free of charge. Regarding the property, very modern and comfortable rooms. Have anything you need for 2 nights stay. Location - 15 min to to the city by foot. However, since property is so close to the bay, taking a stroll with the bay view is quite enjoyable on the way to old town.

The room was lovely and extremely clean. We really enjoyed staying here, as per the listing it was really close to Kotor old town and even closer to the waterfront. Ivana was super helpful and friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kotor! The room was spacious, clean, and modern.. exactly what we needed. The location was perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town and right by the water. We especially loved the beautiful terrace and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. But what truly made our stay special was the lovely host. She greeted us so warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. It’s a great location with only a 15 minute walk to the old town, and the walk to it is along the sea front with great views. Our host Ivana was excellent, she checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed & also went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. There's nothing not to like.

We can highly recommend this property – it’s modern, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Ivana was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations for restaurants, bars, shops, and more. We were visiting for a family wedding, and Ivana went above and beyond by arranging a speedboat and taxis whenever we needed, which really helped take the stress out of our trip. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront restaurants and about 10–15 minutes to the Old Town. We had a truly amazing stay and will definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely wonderful. Ivana the host was lovely and could not have been more helpful. The room was comfy and in a perfection location! Only about a minute from the sea! And a short walk along the coast to the old town.

Aside from the wonderful location with sea views, our host was incredible. She went above and beyond with recommendations on things to do and providing assistance for more affordable options. She truly made our stay a fantastic experience. Her recommendations have given us memories we'll never forget. The apartment is only a 10-15 minute walk to the old town and you can walk by the water, which makes it easy and pretty. It's nice and quiet and there's also parking on site. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

The property was clean and the room was kept in good condition. The location was very good only being a 15/20 min walk to the old town and along the seafront which is a lovely walk and doesn’t feel like it’s very far. The host, Ivana, was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. She checks to make sure if you need anything or can help with anything but she doesn’t pester or bother you at all. Overall, very good for the price and a lovely stay.

Exceptionally clean and sparkling new. 10 -15 min walk to the old town along the waterfront so a pleasant walk with restaurants and bars. Very close to a supermarket. Parking easy and safe. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lux Apartment. It is modern, quite new, and very clean. The apartment is located slightly outside the hustle and bustle of the old town, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot along the lakeside promenade. A free parking space is also available, which was very convenient. We were warmly welcomed by Ivana and received a lot of valuable information. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

The perfect location—away from the crowds, yet close to the historic center. You can walk to the center in just 10–15 minutes along a beautiful promenade. The property has private parking, it's new, modern, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. The host is extremely attentive to details and always available for any needs or recommendations, even offering guided speedboat tours. We loved everything…

Ivana, our host was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. This family run business are very good at making sure their guests are happy and the attention to detail was also appreciated. Ivana’s English is also excellent. We enjoyed relaxing in the afternoon on the lovely balcony with a view of Kotor Bay. The apartment was really comfortable, spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s a short walk to the bus stop, the supermarket and to the Ild Town. We would highly recommend this stay to others.
