Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Could have more warm lighting instead of white lights.
Loved the layout of the apartment, felt like home away from home. Well designed. Appreciate the washer and dryer, and that it came with detergent and toiletries. Comfortable bed. Convenient parking just downstairs.

We visited in late August/ early September so it was the warmer season. As others have noted the bedroom gets a little warm at night but not too much of an issue.
Very friendly and helpful hosts, gave us all of the required info to find the property and check in. The apartment itself comes with everything you could ever need and more; a proper home away from home! Great location in beautiful Zabljak.

I had a wonderful time, the hosts are very kind and nice and provided me with all the necessary information, I'm very sorry that I couldn't stay longer, but if I go in that direction again, I will definitely not change this accommodation.

Spacious, modern apartment which was spotlessly clean. Good wi-fi for streaming, well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer made it the ideal place for us to have some downtime halfway through our travels around Montenegro.

Everything was great. My only ask would be a proper bread knife (for cutting loaves of bread).
It's a beautiful, modern apartment in an ideal location for exploring Durmitor and surrounds. The bed was especially comfortable, the temperature was balanced, the electric fire place made it feel extra cosy and the full kitchen, laundry and lounge made it feel like home. Coming back from day trips was a pleasure, as I could completely relax in the space, had everything I needed and was able to cook good meals.

A beautiful apartment with top class furniture and fittings throughout that genuinely looks like the photos online. Highly stylish with a lovely "balcony" area from which there's a great view. Equipped with a Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer, a dishwasher fridge and freezer. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. Excellent communication with the host. Top quality and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect
Very cosy and fully equipped apartment (even more than usually provided). The owners are very nice and ready to help. It was warm in the apartment (which is important during cold nights). And everything is extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

It could have better parking, but I think the parking is still being built.
We loved how clean and comfortable the apartment was and that it had all the amenities we needed.

Unfortunately, my experience at this accommodation was disastrous from the start. To begin with, there was no way to locate the apartment, as there was no visible sign identifying it. We spent a long time searching for the entrance with no clear indicators, which was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, since we didn’t have internet on our phones, we had to call the host twice through people in nearby shops, and received no response. Eventually, we had to go to a café to connect to WiFi, and only then did we receive the instructions to enter. The keys had been left under the doormat of a building with no signs at all, which we found completely inappropriate. This lack of communication and organization made our arrival very uncomfortable and stressful. I've been in more than 50 countries and never had this problem. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this accommodation if you want a hassle-free experience!
