The air conditioner on the balcony leaks a lot, a bottle installed there won't help at all. There is little lighting in the room, the tap over the sink in the bathroom didn't work very well and didn't close completely.

I had a large room with a great view. Yes, the room is not the freshest, but everything met my expectations, for a stop for a couple of nights - great! Great staff, helped me solve all my questions. The sea is literally a two-minute walk away.

The property is really old with old furniture, but most important with awful mattresses! Our sleep was difficult. Also, the air conditioner was over the beds, so it was difficult to adjust the temperature when you had the cold air to point at you while sleeping. The breakfast was just basic and a lot of the stuff wasn't tasty. I think it is time to renovate the property.

Free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sea view at some of the rooms. Spacy rooms and bathrooms. Near the beach and the city center.

- low pressure of water in the bathroom - it's just on the main road, so for noise sensitive people is better to avoid - sound insulation of entrance door is very poor, however the accomodation has a second one inside, separating bathroom and entrance from the bedroom

- close to the beach and promenade - variety of breakfast options - dedicated parking space

Excellent accommodation, very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, two minutes from the sea and 10 minutes walking from the old town center. In addition, the parking spot infront of the hotel and last but not least an excellent and magnificent breakfast ...including in the room price. Thank you very much for your hospitality and an excellent time.We recommend it with out any second, thought. Till the next time....

Nothing at all

The Marija 2 apartments here were in a fantastic location just on the edge of the Bay of Kotor with amazing balcony views of the Bay, and the surrounding mountains. It is located around 15-20 minutes walk away from the Kotor old town however there is a back entrance that takes you down to the water's edge, along the beaches and marina front which gives you an amazing view for your walk to and from. The place itself was lovely with amazing and helpful staff that were there to answer all our questions, give us towels for the beach and who gave us leaving presents as we check out. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious and clean, and breakfast was included even though we weren't aware of that prior to arriving which was a bug bonus! Especially because it tasted so good too!

Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't include a kitchen area.

It's an amazing location and easy to get to. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfast included in the price was also lovely and versatile. The staff was super helpful and very dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely come back.

It's a little further out from kotor old town, like a 25 minute walk but taxis aren't too expensive and the road is really easy to follow so it's not too bad.

The staff was so friendly. I dealt with one brunette female, didn't catch her name but she was so lovely and accommodating. I booked quite last minute but she was so friendly and gave me little tips and directions for what to do when in the town.

The location is convenient to get to the centre of Kotor. The room is spacious and the view from the balcony is good.

There were minor issues in wifi connections, but manageable. Also the location was not soo close to the city centre, yet reachable by foot.

Apartment was great with all the facilities included. Beach can be accessed by foot within 2 minutes. The staffs were really kind and helpful! She gave a lot of inputs about the local places and also suggested some good restaurants and food to try! City centre can be reached by foot within 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is worth mentioning, simply awesome! There were lot of varieties offered and it was worth the money we paid. Our apartments had its own balcony with sea view and that was great.

A very nice host, very kind and helpful. A big convenient apartment with a balcony. Close to a good beach, a minute walk. Close to the center of Kotor, a 20 minutes walk along the seaside. A convenient parking right on the road2 and another one from the road1. Tasty breakfasts. Everything was super, thank you very much!

Everything was ok. But it was weird when we left, they ask us did we pay the room and yes, of course we did.

Room was bigger than I thought and also big balcony. Very beautiful view to the sea.
