​We can't say enough good things about our stay in Dobrota. The apartment was not only a great size and fully equipped with every amenity, but it was also impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable, situated directly across from the sea, and the private patio was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. ​What really made the experience stand out was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They were so accommodating and kind, even offering us the use of their personal kayak and bikes to explore the area. The accommodation is perfectly located for exploring on foot, with plenty of restaurants and a few bars just a short walk away. ​And the view—it was absolutely spectacular. I would never get tired of looking at it. This was a truly 10/10 experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We were looked after by Nikola’s father, Zdravko who was so incredibly helpful. The whole family were so kind and gracious. The accommodation is immaculately clean, beautifully appointed with all the equipment anyone could need. A fridge full of all the welcome drinks possible - how thoughtful. The style is a lovely mixture of traditional and modern. The bathroom is very, very nice with an excellent large walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. In the ground floor apartment, there’s a charming outdoor area where the inside meets the outside and you can watch the world go by and gaze at the sea (just fifteen steps from the property) and the captivating mountains. This place has Lake Como vibes about it. It could be even more beautiful. The separate terrace area is just fabulous, complete with chairs, table, parasol and sun loungers. Located perfectly in Svetia Stasije, Dobrota near a stunning church, the sun sets in a perfect straight line to the west from the terrace/garden. This place feels like a retreat. It’s truly beautiful. Thank you!

Friendly people in amazing place just by the sea with breathtaking view over Kotor bay. Nearby restaurants of class of its own as well as facilities like supermarket and bakery literally around the corner, we never needed to go anywhere by car during our stay

No cons at all

Every little detail of this property is perfect. The garden, the terrace, the stone walls, very classy interior, beautiful kitchen, spacious bathroom and awesome bedroom with an amazing view. The owners left a little present in the fridge for us - wine, water and a few soft drinks + some sweets. They even gave us bikes for free to use one morning. I recommend this place 100%

We had the most perfect time staying here, the building is absolutely beautiful & the host / family is lovely, welcoming & helpful. The apartment is perfect with absolutely everything you could possibly need! amazing views out to the water & mountains. A very peaceful place to stay away from the business of Perast & kotor. We will 100% stay here again in future, the neighbouring cats/kittens are adorable too!

Beautiful place! Best host Zdravko! Building is 200 years old, but in very good condition after renovation.

The building is made up of just two apartments- ground floor (with a separate terrace not attached to the apartment but in the garden and overlooking the sea)and first floor with a large terrace leading from the lounge/kitchen(which we stayed in). The apartment and views are exactly like the photos - fabulous! What isn’t shown, are the two comfy sun loungers and large umbrella that are also provided on the terrace. The terrace overlooks the sea and gets the sun from sunrise to sunset. Nikola and his delightful family live in a separate building behind this apartment block. Nikola is available to answer any questions (usually via WhatsApp) and responds very quickly. The apartment is large, bright and airy and has everything you might need (apart from a microwave). They even provide dishwasher and washing machine tablets, washing up liquid, surface cleaner, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and soap. On arrival, there was a bottle of wine and a selection of waters, beers and soft drinks in the fridge, together with a selection of coffee capsules, coffee sachets and a tin of instant coffee and sugar provided. Nikola’s dad also regularly brought us freshly picked figs from his garden, which was such a lovely touch. Beach & bathroom towels are changed every two days and the apartment is cleaned every 5 days. There is no noise from the family or guests in the other apartment, it is like having your own private villa! Location wise, there is a proper supermarket, a bakery and bus stops going in both directions to Perast and Kotor just a short, 5 minute walk away (they are all next to each other). There is also a cafe and restaurant just next to the apartment and a selection of restaurants within walking distance. The bus to Kotor costs €1 each way and to Perast €1.50 each way. There are also a couple of boat tour companies within walking distance and they will collect you from the jetty just outside the apartment.

As non smokers, we are very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes. There was a smell of stale cigarettes in the lounge area but we hardly sat in there so it didn’t spoil our stay. We also opened the doors and windows all day to give it an airing.

Sensational setting, a wealth of facilities including a gym and bikes to borrow, laundry facilities, huge kitchen/living area, separate balcony overlooking kotor bay and even a bbq that the hosts set up for us. Hosts and cleaning staff were wonderful.

Perfectly clean, everything we needed. Nice welcome pack in the fridge and we could go for a swim right outside of our appartment.

Probably the best apartment we have stayed in, its decor was beautifully done really bright and fresh, it had everything the beds were very comfortable, the view of the mountains from the apartment and balcony was so stunning .Nicola and Alex were fantastic, Nicola booked restaurants ,Taxis,Speedboat tour where we was picked up from the beach in front of the apartment. We hired paddle boards and was able to keep them in the gardens of the apartments which was great as we could use them whenever we wanted as its the perfect location for paddle boarding. we would highly recommend staying in these apartments and will definitely be returning ourselves . Great location and such a clean and beautiful apartment. Very friendly host! We will definitely come back.
