Unfortunately, the service does not match the quality of the facilities. I had to go down to the reception several times to request towels that were not brought to the room, and upon arrival I found items left from previous guests. The lady at the reception and the parking attendant were very kind and helpful, but the housekeeping staff is far below the standard expected for a hotel of this caliber. Such a shame, because the location and amenities are truly top-notch. Highly recommend taking the boat trip offered directly from the hotel beach by Valdamos_Tours — it’s unmissable!

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Modern design, spacious rooms with beautiful furniture, great attention to detail, and a breathtaking view. The pool and restaurant are both very nice, and the private beach right in front of the hotel, with free sunbeds for guests, is a big plus.

Difficult to access on very last 100m of trip to hotel as road was very narrow with only place for one car and a garage organised by the parking valet as it was tiny+++. But as the old town was very easy access on foot this was ok for us.

Amazing views of the sea from all of the property; reception, pool and balcony in the room for taking in the sun and the sound of the waves on the shore. Luxurious room decoration. We left early so we did not get to see the breakfast but the receptionist who was adorable made us up a picnic package herself so we could eat on our way!! Old town very close with many sea view restaurants to choose from.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Maris! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome — professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a stunning view of the sea and the old town. The location is perfect — just a short walk to both the beach and the old town. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options. We especially appreciated the lovely terrace where you can enjoy your meal with a view. Overall, Hotel Maris exceeded our expectations in every way.

Hotel Maris is in a beautiful location just outside of Ulcinj old town. It’s an easy walk to the old town, beach and new town. The pool is fantastic with lovely views and plenty of loungers, parasols and chairs. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast each morning was great; lots of fresh fruit, pastries and plenty of hot drinks served to your table. The room (quadruple) was spacious and very quiet. Our balcony had an amazing view of the sea and old town. Would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay, but there are a few smaller details that would have made the experience even better. - The double bed is quite small, about 150cm wide - The breakfast service was a bit disorganized, first day we came up 30 minutes before it closed and they were out of all bread / baked goods, and we didn't get any information about how the breakfast service worked, we kinda just guessed we could get eggs based on what we saw other guests get. - We struggled to get the smartTV in the room to work properly - We asked for an extra luggage rack but they did not have any extra racks - The rooms did not have any glasses or cups, neither a kettle, this might have been related to the water in the faucet not being fit for drinking, but a glass would still have been nice to have for your bottled water

The rooms are beautifully decorated and they all have a balcony with furniture that faces the sea with a view of old town Ulcinj. We loved just hanging out on our balcony. The hotel has a great private beach right below it with free sunbeds with umbrella and a small cafe attached. We really enjoyed this. The hotel is located right outside old town Ulcinj with its restaurants and shops. It is only a few minutes of walking away from the center of Ulcinj with its night life and stores. You get all of what Ulcinj have to offer just a few minutes away, while not getting any of the noise and crowds from the main areas. The staff was friendly and pragmatic, and we had a wonderful stay. We could definitely see ourselves coming back.

It's a brand new hotel, nicely decorated. The location is just perfect, in front of the Old town with a private beach. The staff was wery kind and willing to help, especial mention to Ryan and the beach bartender. We had the chance to meet the owner Agim, always friendly and paying attention to every detail.

Unfortunately while we were staying the air conditioning was not working at all, so it was 28-30c every night, making it quite difficult to sleep. We would have kept windows open as it was cooler outside but mosquitos were very active. The staff were not able to address this and fix it during the three nights we stayed. This hotel has very limited parking (a few spaces) and does not guarantee it to guests. We found this extremely stressful as it seemed like it would be very challenging to park outside of the hotel. There were other (smaller) maintenance issues like unpatched holes in the walls in the hallways and loose bathroom faucets -- nothing huge (except the air conditioning) but not what I would have expected for the price. The hotel has an in house restaurant but many of the menu items (probably at least half) were not available when we visited so options were quite limited.

The staff were generally friendly and tried to be helpful. The room had an excellent view and was overall nicely appointed with good bed linens and towels.

The road from old town to the hotel is very narrow and sometimes very busy. No possibility to pass other cars. In the dark tricky, when you have to reverse.
