On the second floor, no lift, but not a problem if you don’t have to lug heavy luggage.

Fabulous location, spacious and clean! Really great communication from the host, providing clear and easy access instructions. Grocery stores, bars, restaurants all in easy walking distance. Superb views from the rear balcony too. We accidentally left an Apple Watch behind, and only realised when contacted by the host, as his cleaning lady had reported it to him. The host was more than accommodating in arranging the return of the watch. Also two parking spots.

The host was extremely hospitable and helpful. The apartment was very beautiful and cosy. We were left speechless with the view, so relaxing. The provision of the garage definitely a huge plus for the area. Location handy only 10min walking distance from Kotor old town. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets just around the corner.

Amazing apartment, 2 seperate rooms, big balcony, fully equipped. Best location, promenade is 1 min from the apartment, bakery in the building and shop on the opposite side of the street. Drinks for welcome. Owner is super nice and very quick to respond. If you want a boat tour, you can ask the owner aswell for it, he will organize it for you.

Great apartment in beautiful location. Well equipped clean and close tonally amenities. Slobodan the host was very informative and helped us with booking boat trips taxis etc. We had a lively 4 night break here and i would definitely recommend and hopefully be back.

From the day we booked until we finished our vacation it was a PERFECT service! Bookled, service videos, apartment, all the services during our stay, ... Slobodan answered very quickly and helped us with everything. The apartment is very clean and spacious so we were able to pass two rainy days easily. The house in Dobrota/ Kotor is 100m away from the waterside with beautiful cafés and its just a 10 min walk to the old city center. Or a 4 min drive with Slobodan's bikes. So all in all we can just recommend Maritimo di Cattaro!!!

The fact that we had to leave.

We loved EVERYTHING about the property. It was super clean and had everything we could ever need. AC was available for for both rooms and an additional heater was provided too (though the weather was quite warm for February). The host was extremely kind and helpful. Self check in and check out went smoothly. Having breakfast on the balcony with sea view was exceptional. Everything was just perfect.

The host was very friendly, apartment looks like on the pictures, but seems smaller. Location- in 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Underground parking space is tricky a little, but it’s a big bonus of course.

The place was very clean with responsive hosts. The parking worked out great as we had rented a van. Apartment was well outfitted with toiletries and coffee, tea to make for a comfortable stay!

A pretty clean and calm apartment, placed in a new building. There was everything needed in the kitchen. The apartment was located 10/15 min away from Kotor old town

We liked everything! From the colourful design, the fully equipped bathroom, the nice and comfortable balcony, to the wonderful view of Kotor. The property is well positioned, it is only a short walk to the old town. Also the garage parking spot was extremely useful. The property is very quiet. Communication with the host was very good and he was very helpful.

Everything was great. The host has provided everything what is needed for safe relaxing stay. The place is spotless clean, very conveniently located. From the balcony you have a magnificent view. If I were in Kotor again I would definitely stay at Maritimo di Cattaro. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It would be good for the smart TVs to be able to connect to streaming services seamlessly.

Very welcoming host, responsive and helpful. Modern apartment, nice view and and good location. The bicycles were definitely a plus and cycling down the waterfront is a treat. The internet was quite stable and fast.

All was good! Very friendly owner :) The apartment was new and cleaned. We have a welcome drinks (water, red and white wines, juice). The view was very grate!!!
