facilities in rooms (e.g. bathroom) are already quite worn. facilities in spa and pool area are unfortunately also not very well maintained. some are completely out of order.

There was no plant-based milk or gluten-free bread in the restaurant. The food was not labeled. The central ventilation in the room is quite noisy, especially at night.

We had a great room with a beautiful terrace and sea view. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable. The reception staff is very friendly.

The room I reserved was for just one person. It surprised me that the carpet was a little worn and the furniture was generally out of style. The bed was very small even. Only a few TV stations are truly available, and the TV's placement is inadequate.

The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The cuisine is excellent and comes in a wide range. The hotel is perfectly situated, only a short distance from the beach.

The window was tilted so it couldn’t close. As we were there in November, it was cold all night, and we only found the problem in the morning. The plates on the crossover in the gym are just numbered by hand, I had to experiment with weights to find out the plate weight. Some sockets didn’t work.

It’s located near the sea, and we had a sea view. The breakfast was superb, actually the best I’ve had when it comes to buffet breakfast (both by taste and selection of foods). The interior is not the newest, but isn’t old either. The bathroom was fully renovated and with new equipment. The gym is full of different equipment suitable for many exercises, although sometimes it’s kinda dated (rust on the plates).

The jacuzzi was cold.

The biggest (only, really) issue we had was that the pool area is too small for a hotel of this size; it's quite packed with deck chairs, and even so there is bearly enough of them (peak hours you might not find one). The (outdoor) pool is very nice, does not get overly crowded, but since it's a family oriented hotel one side is often a bit chaotic with kids jumping in. The "hot tub" is cold, mostly used a pool for the smallest kids. The main reason I bring all of this up is that there is a beautiful large indoor pool adjacent to the outdoor pool area, that also has a nice bit of empty space around it, and a fully windowed high wall facing the sun. The problem is, the water in this pool is very cold, and the pool is always empty (seems like every guest goes to test the water upon arrival). So, if they just heat the indoor pool a bit and lift the blinds from the windows, they'd effectively double the pool area! (and add a usable pool after sundown)

A great hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are spacious, and nicely furnished, with large balconies (at least ours had one). Breakfast was very good and diverse.

Bar and restaurant didn’t appear to be open in the evening but the hotel had another restaurant on the sea front, wasn’t able to get a night cap or just sit with a quiet drink and talk with partner unless we used the mini bar.

Property was in a great location, room was spacious and was easy accessible.

Breakfast was a little disappointing and somewhat inconsistent in choices offered. We stayed here once before and the buffet was great. Not sure if there were staffing issues but some food was cold and/or not offered on a daily basis.

Although there is a parking lot, and free parking allowed to the guests, the seats are sometimes in shortage, which means that we had to double park and block other cars a couple of times. The reception, though, is quite helpfull in this, as well.

Located on the beachfront in Petrovac, luxurious and quiet hotel, ideal for relaxing and having a good time indoors in the excellent spa facilities, but also taking a stroll at the beachfront right in front the hotel. Polite and helpful staff, very good breakfast.

The indoor pool was empty, there wasn’t water in the jacuzzi, we need ed to ask for turning on the sauna, they turn on only one sauna. Breakfast hours until 09:00 It is early for being in holiday. It was very crowded in breakfast and we needed to clean by ourselves a table for sit to eat.

Not good value for money. Spa centre was in really bad condition. Sauna was not working well. The water in the pool was too cold as well as the room in general. The showers were not working at the Spa.
