Reviews of Munich Hostel

I met a guest from the same country as me there who helped me check in because the manager/host could not understand a single English word.

As I arrived for check in I was "welcomed" by a strange woman who didn't speak a word of English and insisted on speaking to me only in Montenegrian which I absolutely don't speak nor understand since I'm French. She then used Google Translate to communicate and told me there were no beds available anymore, even tho I had received a booking confirmation from booking.com. After a while she came back from the rooms and told me there was one bed left, pay cash. Guests there were not social and didnt speak, weird vibe going on there. The way from the street gate to the hostel reeked of urine. Absolutely don't recommend this hostel unless you have no choice.

Simple place, good value for money.

No kitchen and owner was more concerned with the city tax than anything else.

the location is really nearby the bus station, thats the best things, and the toilet is clean enough too, wifi working good！

theres no kitchen anymore but it shows sharing kitchen still, one of the things they make me feel really bad is after check out, i sitting at the outside garden but they ask me to pay or leave, and tell me that hostel is like this. thats so bad to have a hostel like this.

I stayed just short time there.. The owner is very helpful and informative.. Help me to exchange the money whn was no place to exchange there

Aggressive staff, bugs in beds, dirty

1. The room was spacious and so pretty 2. Good location close to center, easily found on google maps 3. So clean, plenty of toilet papers and soaps in the toilet. 4. The receptionist such a nice lady, she offered me coffee 5. Strong wifi connection for remote workers 6. Cats and dogs roaming around 7. The small yard was nice 8. Safe for female solo travellers

Good hostel, cheap, clean and nice. 10 mins walk from the bus station.

It was hard to find the entrance during the night. Small ants in the room.

You get what you pay for . Still pretty expensive for a single room . But cheaper than anywhere in Montenegro

very strange place like Brazilian favelas, it is not clear where the guests are and where the owners of the place are. unpleasant smell. also they took another 1 euro as a local tax, although I think they made it up. they only accept cash which is also not very good. maximum for one night, so as not to spend the night outside

The location of the facility is great. You can walk everywhere by foot. The price is good for short accommodation.

The bed was quite small and the sponge was thin. I felt the wood of the bunk bed on my back and could not sleep properly. In addition, the staff did not speak English.

Only stayed here one night, in the basement triple room. For a budget option it is quite good. The place looks nice and cosy, the outside terrace is chill for summer. The wifi works well. The showers were okay. The location is close to everything you need.

In the basement triple room, one bed was quite creaky and bouncy. During my one evening and morning, there was nobody at the reception, though it was possible to call someone by phone.

It was a very pleasant stay, even though I stayed for one night, the host is very friendly and hospitable, she welcomed me at 11p.m. And gave a nice room.
