The resort is large and in a beautiful location. The content it offers is excellent, a beautiful beach, and nice pools, with enough space for everyone. The food is GREAT!!! We had ultra all inclusive, and we can really praise the food in all the restaurants in the resort. The staff is very friendly, but what I would particularly like to praise are the girls and boys at the reception. They are very kind and solved everything we asked for, even more.

We had a very pleasant stay at Azul Beach Resort. What impressed us the most was the excellent cleanliness throughout the property, which made us feel comfortable and safe. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for us as a family. Buffet was really nice and we got a upgrade to premium. Premium pool and bar was also really nice, with nice food cooked to your needs. The best “All-inclusive” i have tried when it comes to food.

The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. What really made the difference was the staff. I would especially like to mention Tanja at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, gave us great local tips, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation so enjoyable – we will definitely come back!

The staff at reception were very kind and helpful. However, I had specifically requested an invoice, and they assured me it would be sent by email. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I had to call reception multiple times and send several emails before the matter was finally resolved. This was very frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
The food was excellent, especially in the area where Chef Patricio and Angelica prepared everything perfectly. The dining area was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the restrooms occasionally did not smell pleasant. The rooms, however, were perfect—very clean and comfortable.

IrelandThe rooms weren’t as luxurious as we expected for the price, and there was no room service available after 8 PM—we arrived at 10 PM and couldn’t get any food. Additionally, there was a serious lack of communication about resort activities; we only found out about events like the foam party after they’d already happened. A daily schedule broadcast to guests would be really helpful.
The resort is large and beautifully located, with a great buffet spread and excellent à la carte dining options—especially the Mexican restaurant. Vera, our concierge, was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with last-minute bookings and quick responses on WhatsApp.

United StatesOur recent stay at Azul Beach Resort Montenegro by Karisma was really special, particularly as a family traveling with two young children (aged 1 and 2). Finding a family-friendly resort was a top priority for us, and this place delivered on every level. We had a bit of a complex reservation, with multiple rooms and family members arriving at different times, but Amra at the front desk made check-in stress-free. She was professional, warm, and helpful in navigating all the moving parts of our group. The all-inclusive package made everything seamless. From meals to amenities, it was one less thing to worry about, which when you’re traveling with kids is a huge relief. The buffet food was consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, healthy, delicious options for every taste (including baby food and options for kids). The resort is well-equipped for families. The kids’ pool and playground were perfect for our little ones and having access to a daycare option gave us some welcome flexibility to relax and unwind. The dining areas have high chairs and the staff provided us milk as needed for our little ones, making it super easy to get whatever we needed throughout each day. The environment was safe, clean, and designed with young families in mind. A special shoutout to Lulzim, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He understood exactly what we needed, particularly how important it was to be close together as a family, and made sure our multiple rooms were located next to each other with access to a private pool. He continued to check in throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable and happy. His attentiveness and care really elevated the entire experience. Something important to note is that in this part of Ulcinj, it’s rare to find hotels located directly on the beach. Most options are set back behind a transit road along fields, requiring a bit of a walk to reach the shore.

MontenegroThe reception staff should provide more information about the All-Inclusive program at the check-in. When we asked questions, the staff simply told us that everything was written in the envelope. However, the explanation wasn’t detailed, it only listed the working hours. There are themed restaurants offering different types of cuisine, where you need to make a reservation in advance. We didn’t visit any of them because we assumed, due to the reservation system and à la carte service, that they required an extra charge. At the application it sais It Ultimate All-inclusive which we thought it's another level of package. It was only upon departure that we asked and found out that we could have use them, it was actually included in the price. So we ended up using only the main restaurant. I also didn’t like that guests reserve sunbeds by placing towels on them. If you don’t get up early, you won’t find a free sunbed after breakfast, even though more than half of those guests never show up or only come in the afternoon. On the first day, all guests are left without sunbeds until they realize they need to get up at 8 a.m. to reserve a spot. I believe many people reserve both at the beach and by the pool. If sunbeds were used only when people are actually at the pool, there would be enough for everyone.
Excellent location, right on the seafront. All-inclusive – great food selection. The main pool is warm, which is perfect considering the wind is constantly blowing, making it feel colder than it actually is. When booking through Booking.com, we weren’t aware that there are different levels of All-Inclusive, we simply booked what was offered. Thanks to the helpfulness of the hotel management, we were upgraded to Premium All-Inclusive, as otherwise, the standard All-Inclusive wouldn’t have included everything. We also had a late check-out, so we were able to enjoy the last day as well. Thans to them.

MontenegroJedinstveno mjesto u Crnoj Gori koje smo posjetili. Od dolaska na kapiji, prijave na recepciji i tokom cijelog našeg boravka u ovom rizortu sve je bilo na vrhunskom i zavidnom nivou. Izbor, ukus i način na koji je pripremljena hrana u svim restoranima zaslužuju svaku pohvalu, obzirom da je i moja supruga (koja ima jako zahtjevne kriterijume kada je hrana u pitanju) bila fascinirana. Higijena je odlična, ljubaznost osoblja još bolja i posebnu zahvalnost na gostoprimstvu dugujemo Saneli sa recepcije. Prepuni smo pozitivnih utisaka i ovo je definitivno mjesto koje ćemo redovno posjećivati u budućnosti. Preporuka svima, posebno parovima sa malom djecom.
