Honestly the best place we stayed In Montenegro. The room was absolutely stunning and really spacious. Fantastic location with a great balcony where you could soak up all the atmosphere. Hosts were fantastic, really helpful and friendly.

We spent three wonderful days at Palast Jelena and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and since cleanliness is very important to me, I was delighted to find that the bed linens, towels, and everything else were perfectly clean. The room was also serviced daily, which was a great touch. Although there was no private parking on site, we were able to park in the nearby parking area for €15 per day. Our host was exceptionally kind and helpful, always responding to our questions right away. At check-out, they even assisted us with our luggage, which we truly appreciated.

It was a classic property on the best location. Also the view is mesmerising. Its so vintage that you feel like you are living in the castle.

Could of done with a small fridge. Shower doors did not shut properly but managed

Position was excellent in the Bay of kotor,with small balcony to sit and people watch ,or just relax. Plenty of room for my exercises and nice daybed.

Beautiful boutique room in Perast, with an amazing view to the bay. The antithesis of bombastic hotel which is perfect and romantic. Marko the host is a local guy. He is very kind, responsive and helpful with tips and explanations.

Fabulous location and beautiful views across Kotor Bay. Hotel is charming and spotless. Zelka and Marco, the hosts are amazing and so helpful with any information you need and nothing is too much trouble. A perfect place to stay in Perast with lots of restaurants and boat tours within easy walking distance. I will never forget waking up to such amazing views from the hotel room every morning.

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. The hospitality was immaculate, the facilities stunning, and the surroundings; gorgeous! Marko and his wife are two of the kindest and most helpful people I've ever met.

First of all - Marko is an AMAZING host. My spouse and I arrived one day early due to a planning error on our own part; Marko was extremely accommodating and helpful in trying to find us somewhere to stay for that first night (his hotel was fully booked at the time). It seems he's close friends with every single person in Perast, and in the end he found us a place to stay for the night (mind you, at a perfectly fair and reasonable price). Throughout our stay Marko and his wife were incredibly attentive to our every need, and gave us valuable and in-depth information about everything there is to do in and around Perast. The room we stayed in was spacious, quiet, super clean, and comfortably cool due to the AC. The view of the bay and the little harbor was fantastic too. Absolutely spectacular service; we cannot recommend it enough. 10/10!

Not much, maybe the lack of balcony but we already knew that when we booked the room (there's a room with a balcony but it was already booked).

The room was cosy and warm, and the hosts were extremely welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Cleanness was at the highest level, and the bathroom is spacious. The view from the room is lovely. The location is excellent, located just on the main street next to the sea, relatively close to the parking outside of the city (the parking on the way to Risan).

Everything was perfect!

Size, only four exceptional rooms , beautiful baths, in renovated small palazzo. Fabulous air conditioning during a heat wave, right on the water. Gracious hosts Marco and his wife. Quiet!
