Reviews of Hotel Palata Venezia 4 stars

I really enjoyed every minute of it. Its one of these unforgetfull places. It was simply magical. The room was beautiful, with everything you need, the view from there was simply amazing. The Owner and his family, and all other personal were the most welcoming people, so kind, so helpful in everyway. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beaches nearby. Every night there was live music, which was increadible. The whole atmosfere was simply magical. Also, breakfast was with plenty of choices and delicious. We also enjoyed the food in the restorant, the personel was simply the best. I cant wait to go back again next summer. Highly recommended with five stars from me.

The staff was rude especially the waiter at breakfast. The rooms were outdated and cleaning needs improvement. The place is also full of cats, which would be nice if there weren't that many!

Breathtakingly beautiful views. So magical and enchanting! Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Everything is a short walk. You feel like you are in a fairy tale. Very clean and quiet rooms, scenic, so much to do!

Gorgeous location, apartment very spacious with good aircon, views are amazing, pool perfect, staff very helpful especially helping with our bags on the buggy from the car park, thank you! Old town part of Ulcinj and hotel is so pretty.

This was out of the hotels control but our room was above a bar with the loudest clubbing music I’ve ever heard through closed windows (and I like a good club now and then!) . I cannot fault the hotel on this but it does significantly impact sleep with a young family until 1am. Be aware of this when booking. The only recommendation I would have is for the hotel to put some sound proof up to date double glazed windows on the side of that apartment.

Exceptional location We were collected by golf buggy from our parking location in the town which was a great adventure Staff were so nice and wonderful classical music by John in the evening

The hotel wav generally very nice. The view absolutely stunning. The pool area very lovely.

The apartment could you a small makeover to fix minor things. The breakfast was not very good.

The place is very beautiful located in the old town. We had the duplex suite which was very comfortable. There are nice restaurants around and you can drive to very nice beaches further south.

There are several points that I disliked. First the hotel listing states that they offer parking which is a lie. You have to park on the street or in a paid lot that costs 15 euros for 24h. Second the breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel. The coffee was not drinkable. Third, a wedding was organized in the hotel and the photo shoot happened on our doorstep. It prevented us to go in and out of our room as we wished. It was not comfortable. The reception did not inform us of that ahead. I had to ask for information. Finally, it's not the hotel fault but the loud music from the clubs are really spoiling the whole 4-star experience.

Impossible to get a good night sleep! The hotel is close to the bars and clubs and the music is so loud until 1 or 2 in the morning . So impossible to get a good night sleep . Breakfast was not great considering it is a 4 stars hotel

Amazing hotel in a beautiful ancient castle. Incredible views, great staff, wonderful location. Many great restaurants nearby, lots of places to wander and go hiking. This is where I will stay the next time I visit Ulcinj.

Food in the restaurant could be better, even though it’s very cheap so maybe you just get what you pay for.

Amazing vibe and view! Very charming. They send instructions for parking and pick you up there to help with the luggage and access to the old town (this is very handy).

Not their fault but there was a loud disco on the beach that you could hear at night. OK with aircon and window shut.
