Reception staff were so welcoming. Alex was so helpful too! Super comfortable beds so we had an amazing rest. The view was unbelievable from our room and also the jetty where we had dinner and drinks.

The breakfast service and presentation could be worked on for a 4 star hotel experience. The hot food was quite basic (literally just scrambled eggs on a plate were handed to us one morning) and the buffet style coffee and juice would run out and not be replenished until the staff were asked. Just little suggestions to really make it feel value for money.

The hotel was really lovely and our suite was very large and just beautiful with windows looking over the bay and the hills to the rear. Just beware that there are a very lot of steps and no lifts. Parking is on the main road at the top, so you walk down a lot of steps with your luggage - and back up again when you leave. I would highly recommend the attic suite room 303. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is an outside dining area for breakfast and dinner is served right by the water. There is a separate inside air-conditioned bar with 2 lounges, which were very unique and comfortable. For breakfast there is a table set out with a small quantity of cereals, fruit, pastries etc. and then you can order hot food. The hotel is about 45 minute walk from Kotor old town, but it is a lovely walk by the bay. We did like the quietness that the location brought.

The breakfast bowls were not cleaned very well and many still had the previous days cereal bits still stuck to them. This happened every day. The fruits, pastries etc were not covered so there were flies on them. Dinner was a bit disorganised. Our mains arrived whilst we were still eating our starters and they just left them there with us. We were first at dinner. A couple on the next table waited an hour after ordering for their food. They are average when it comes to food and the service and do need to do better.

A stunning boutique Palazzo overlooking the beautiful bay of Kotor. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and there is a super relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. It is situated in Dobrota which is a perfect location in order to walk into Kotor, take a speed boat trip or hop onto a bus to pretty Perast. The sun deck area adjacent to the sea is just perfect!

Loved the building, decor, location. Breakfast was great and good options for lunch and dinner. Swimming area and jetty by the sea was the best I've been too.

    Nothing.

Fantastic location and view (other than when cruise boats blocked the view). Quiet spot with some good varieties of restaurants close by. Room was beautiful, again with great view.

Could do with more bean bags, sun loungers by waterside. Breakfast choices could be improved.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help no matter what. The sun beds and access to the sea is amazing and the views are spectacular from the pier.

It was a little bit too far away from Kotor old town as I like to walk and it was a little far away. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Location and jetty onto the water excellent

The food and drinks menu was a little lacking on choice, it did not matter too much as there was plenty of good choices close by.

Wonderful location, walking distance from Kotor. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The pontoon area next to the sea, comfortable lounging area with direct access into the water. Nice shaded garden area for breakfast.

Pillows on the beds could be better.

Fabulous location in quiet area, but close e ought to cycle to the old town ( 4km). A private pier, a garden area and luxurious hotel.

No coffee machine in the room. I expected a espresso machine, that would have made a perfect experience. Ar the moment it's just a 9.9 out of 10

The location is superb with fantastic views over Boka Bay from the room windows. Good restaurants were not too far away to walk to but we found some were very expensive especially the wine. However, there were a couple of lovely restaurants nearby to walk to that were reasonably priced with good food. We had one meal at the hotel which was cooked beautifully but we had to wait about an hour for it to be delivered. Again silly wine prices. The staff were lovely and welcoming and really wanted to help in anyway they could. Good onsite parking. Plenty of areas to sit in the shade or sun. An excellent electronic charging system in the room.

The breakfast....the food was very nice especially the croissants which you could smell cooking each morning. The choice of cooked dishes was very good but the avocado, eggs etc that were supposed to come on toast were on croissants so didn't really go. Bread was there but not toasted which I missed. Unfortunately the service was so haphazard, if the table had been used by someone previously then it wasn't reset.Every morning something was missing, no bowls, no spoons, the sugar or saucers weren't put out and the coffee once a couple had had a cup then you had to ask for it to be refilled. I hope it doesn't all sound picky but for a boutique, 4 star hotels I expected more.

The location was really exceptional - away from the bustle of Kotor but close enough to travel in for dinner. The facilities were great, the pool was immaculate and the pier was stunning. We had a fantastic view from our room and it was well presented and maintained. The staff were very warm, friendly and attentive. They were genuinely kind people and made us feel very welcome during our stay. There was a good selection at breakfast and we enjoyed a beautiful meal on the pier. It was superb.

The only thing to be aware of is that parking can be challenging. The hotel is between some blind corners and you need to be a confident driver (or have someone to guide you out!) to park and to exit back onto the main road.
