Everything was so clean, and you could still smell the fresh detergent. The location was great—just about a 10-minute walk to the city center, which was very convenient. Also, the view was breathtaking. We didn't have a balcony in our room but we still could use the common terrace. Marko was extremely kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place

Fantastic place to stay in Kotor! The place has everything you need. The view was amazing - we had the mountain view room, but you can enjoy the beautiful view from the shared balcony. It is super close to the beach, and within walking distance to the old town (though be mindful it’s a bit hilly/stairs). The host Marko was super kind and helpful, we felt very welcome. There is also a washing machine you can use for free, and you can dry your clothes right outside your room, very convenient. All in all, would definitely recommend to stay here!

We lived in beautiful clean apartment with all needed conveniences and splendid view of Bay of Kotor. Marko, the owner of the apartments, is very hospitable and helpful, he told us on arrival about location of some places in the town. The beach is located about 10-minute walk from the apartments. What a great experience that we had. Definitely recommend over and over again. The apartment was very clean and was very cozy with the most amazing view. The host was super nice. Believe the location is perfect, short 10 min walk to the old town of Kotor but also close to the less crowded beaches in kotor. Saw on the comments about the cliff - it was in fact a bit stiffy but don’t expect to have this view without climbing a bit plus it is perfectly duable (if you can’t maybe you should thing in exercising more 😂)

The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It has all the appliances you need, kitchen area, table with chairs, air conditioning, a nice double bed and storage room for your things. What really is the point of atraction is the balcony with the an amazing view over the bay, where you can drink your coffee in the morning or just chill in the evening. The location is also very good, 10 min walk to the Old Town, just across the street from the sea. Nearby you can find a lot of nice restaurants, some fast-food places and a grocery store. Marko and his family are great hosts, willing to help you with everything you need.

The dining area was tiny because we use the table to do our computer work all the time. The apartment had access to the balcony, but it’s located at the back so had no immediate view of the bay. The bathroom light can be brighter and can use more light bulbs. Plug for sink was missing.

Marko was a very generous landlord. Gave us best way to reach the Old Town area and other excellent tips. Mid-week, our towels and sheets were replaced and the place cleaned. Our apartment had everything we needed to organize our 7 day stay - drawers, kitchen tools, the bathroom was large, the property overlooked the bay and it was quiet. Wi-fi worked well. A communal washing machine was at our disposal. There were many restaurants to choose from and they were right by the water so you can watch ships, speed boats etc. without the noise associated with the motors. We visited towns close to Kotor and after 7 days could have stayed longer to visit more. We would go back to Kotor, Montenegro again. Loved every minute of our stay. Thanks to Marko and his wife.

Marko is a wonderful host! He met us, told us everything, and gave us good advice about the rest. Although we didn't have a sea view in our room, we had a separate table on the shared terrace overlooking the sea. We had breakfast there with an unsurpassed view of the sea. The room is clean, has everything you need. Although small, it is comfortable. Ideal for 1-2 people. There are shops, a beach, a cafe near the apartment. The apartments are located in the town Dobrota. But this is practically in Kotor and it is much better to stay there, because the Old town itself is very noisy due to the numerous noisy discos. the only negative was it was uphill from the port so when we first arrived we had to carry our bags up, but the weather wasn’t hot and it wasn’t bad at all, i think if it was hotter and humid though we would’ve struggled, so if you are going in peak heat definitely get a taxi

Struggled a bit with the four flights of stairs to reach the apartment. But that was largely down to our age and the heat at the time.

A well-appointed property with some excellent views of the bay, the apartment block stands approximately twenty minutes walk from the old town of Kotor. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. In addition to an en-suite bathroom there was also a small kitchen and dining area, a television, a fridge, free wi-fi and a much appreciated air-conditioning unit (it was 38c outside at the time). There was a communal washing machine which proved to be most useful if, like us you travel light. A family run concern they went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one.

The view was amazing from the window of the room and that window was opening to the common teras! You can sit on that teras, chill, relax and drink your beer 🤩

It’s a very good value choice considering its price. Enough size for a room, enough wardrobe space for clothes and spotless clean bathroom. Air conditioner is new and works very silent. It’s nice to have some drinks on the terrace, which has a gorgeous view.

Its a very nice place. Lovely location especially the balcony its facing the sea and also facing the mountain on the back at the same time. Only 5 minutes walk to the front beach and 15 minutwalk to the old town highly recommended place, and the owner is very nice aswell if you need a taxi going to the airport he knows someone just message him and you can get a really nice deal compare to the taxi’s online 😊😊

It is close to the Kotor beach, but a bit further from the old city though. Nevertheless, location is quite, far from bunch of tourists. Does not relate to the hotel, just FYI note, the public beach in Kotor is dirty and packed with people. So vocation is great if considering any activities but for beach.

It was extremely clean!!! Found this hotel to be the cleanest one that I checked in during my whole Eurotrip. The host was very friendly. Spacious apartment, everything necessary was there.

"We were very pleased. We stayed in Kotor for five days. Despite arriving very late on the first day, we didn't encounter any problems. We could walk everywhere. Marko was very understanding and a good host. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness. The host answered all our questions even before we arrived. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. We felt like we were at home. Additionally, the view was much more beautiful than what we saw in the pictures.
