There was some noise at night from loud music as I believe the restaurant becomes a night club later in the evening.

The architecture of the hotel gave it a very interesting atmosphere. The restaurant for breakfast was beautiful and the staff were always very friendly. The location is very convenient and there was free parking available. The hotel also offers trips to local attractions.

The service of the reception ( it was a girl) can be better.

During our family trip, we stayed for one night (August 15–16) in two rooms. The location is perfect and very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The price for the stay was also good. The only thing that could be improved is the service of some reception staff. One of our rooms had a defective door and window. We asked if it was possible to get another room. She said she would check, but normally you would expect immediate action. Her shift ended, and she went home without arranging anything. The next day we asked for a manager, but we were told the manager was not available and could not be called, so we had no one to speak to. I would add the photos as feedback for future improvement, because it really is a nice hotel with a beautiful view and a good price. And absolutely great service from the staff, except for the receptionist. Despite what we experienced, it is still a recommendation.

The rooms could use a bit of refurbishment. The bathroom was quite run down. Central Aircon systems are beeing replaced with split systems and the installation isn't great or quite finished yet. But it's functional. Luckily the staff informed us the renovations are underway so it can only get better!

2 floor with no elevator makes carrying the suitcases a challenge

The view from the restaurant is very nice and there are good restaurants in 5 minutes walk. Beside the good location, the family room was huge and comfortable.

Huge room, great bed/matress, huge bathroom. Parking outside the hotel is a VERY BIG (+). Very good location also close to the city center (12-15' walking distance) on the Moraca river. Very <classy> hotel Good value for money especially considering the free parking.

Property of the bathroom. the hotel is under remodeling, with pieces of wood on the floor of the corridor, etc. The price for breakfast are outrageous and does not include coffee. The carpet of the room is old and looks dirty.

Undergoing works, mould, toilet paper soaps etc were not new and were half used rolls. This wasn’t too much of a bother but would be for some.

there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room or available without heading to the coffee bar or restaurant. Towels were soft and clean but bore marks from previous users, off putting for a 'four star' hotel. rooms are good but the carpets dated and stained. Shower was fancy and okay but I couldn't get any flow from the main shower head. I think the hotel is under going renovations l, so these might all be sorted soon. I stayed in room 230

The hotel is very nice, located on the side of the river, breakfast was very good and plentiful, just the cooked items could have been kept warmer. restaurant meals were reasonable and well priced with a good portion size. the communal areas are very nice and generally very clean, although at the time of my stay the hotel was under going some renovations, but still clean. bedrooms are spacious with a paid for mini bar and beds are comfortable.

Currently in the process of being updated, so architrave and skirting boards were being replaced. No plug for sink in bathroom despite requesting one. But nothing that would stop us staying there again.

Huge, very comfy bed, good substantial breakfast, most staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful view over the river and easy walkable distance to city centre. Quiet.

The shower had quite a bit of mould in it..which could be easily addressed. The carpet was heavily stained but I think as the corridors are being fitted with a new carpet..the rooms will have new carpets too? The breakfast was nothing to shout about!

Bedroom was spacious and comfortable..with good air conditioning. Shower was good. Good location and free parking on site. The reception staff were friendly. The carpet fitters in the corridor were friendly and helped us with our motorcycle gear!
