Staff were lovely. The personal service you get for a small hotel was brilliant.

The room was clean, and the guy at the reception was helpful.

Well, the room was not made, which was very late and it doesn't make any sense, when you go out at 9 am and you come back at almost 3 pm and the room is not made. And the funny thing was the lady at the reception was Oh you could tell me if you want your room to be made earlier. 🤦. And, if the water from the tap is not drinkable, I think you should provide some water or sell it at a reasonable price, as it doesn't make any sense for your customers to go to the nearest supermarket to buy water and carry it to the hotel. The comforter in the bedroom is very small. It covers only the top part of the bed. So for 2 people to cover and sleep comfortably was difficult.

a lovely property set about 3km from Kotor old town but it takes about 30 mins to get there as the traffic is so bad. staff brilliant and Mikal and Nada were exception. Owners lovely to. A few nice restaurants near by

th only negative I would say that it was just a bit out of kotor which mean it was a 40 min walk along the coast line or taxi which would cost 10 euros and take about the same time to be honest

Our favorite part of the hotel was being able to enjoy the outdoor infinity pool. One of the employees, Nicola, was very accommodating and ensured we were taken care of. I couldn't recommend this place more!

R Palazzo delivered exactly what was promised, a superb boutique hotel. Location and views were stunning. Rooms were beautifully decorated and presented. Pool was gorgeous and staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention for the manager Nikola. A fantastic host who booked our restaurants and tours and treated us like royalty. Highly recommend R Palazzo for anyone looking for top class accomodation near Kotor.

    Clean, well maintained, quiet

Depending what you want it was a 25min walk from Kotor centre. It was fine for us but might not suit everyone but if not it’s a 5min taxi

It's a truly wonderful hotel to stay in. Beautiful location, lovely boutique hotel, and the staff are very service-oriented, truly enhancing your stay. The only caveat is that the music at the pool bar is too loud and could be turned down. It would have been more fitting for the overall ambiance of Kotor and its surroundings. Leafy tranquility of yesteryear. The prices are really high.

Lovely hotel with only 11 rooms, and very friendly staff. Often there was only one member of staff looking after reception and the bar but it didn't matter at all. The breakfast was really good. A little further from Kotor Old Town than you might expect but reception always booked us taxis on request. The jacuzzi on the top floor is a lovely touch with outstanding views overlooking the bay.

Nothing really - just be aware that it is next to the main road.

Accommodating staff who would do anything for you, without being pushy and interfering like you may experience elsewhere. The facilities were impeccable, pool was beautiful and breakfast provided for a nice spread to start the day. Additional extras such as evening cocktails and refreshments served by the pool in the evening made for a great touch. We also had fresh towels, and a made bed everyday. I know this can not always be the case in all hotels, but again made our stay clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough, even if you think it’s on the pricier side, I can confirm it was worth that extra cost.

Cannot fault anything to be honest - we had some salty water due to the issues in the village, but this was out of the hotel’s control.

Lovely clean pool area with comfy loungers and bean bags, comfy bedrooms, really nice service from the staff (Marina and Nikola). Good to have the roof top space if you wanted more space or an early morning session in the sun. Easy to get taxi into old town or walk alone the promenade if you fancied a walk

    Nothing, it was all good

Hotel Palazzo exceeded all our expectations. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What truly stood out was the amazing staff especially Nicola! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Despite a temporary water shortage, the staff handled it with grace and professionalism, delivering water promptly and ensuring we were comfortable at all times. A perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and hospitality – we can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montenegro!
