Cleanliness of the room - needed shuffling of small furniture revealed big mass on the floor. We selected this hotel due to information about strong internet which was strong but not stable.

Amazing location, private beach with banks and parasols included in price. Very good breakfast. Kind staff. Nice balcony with sea view.

We didn't go in the highest season so the breakfast didn't have a buffet, you had to order what you want it..but, how to order something if I don't know what's on the breakfast menu? Also, we had to pay for fresh coffee even though our breakfast was already included in our reservation. This was explained to me as they have one coffee machine which works at the buffet area(which was not opened) and the coffee from that machine is included in the breakfast. But I believe that if it's in the high season everything would be available

Great hotel, once you get there you never want to go out, straight at the see which is great because the infrastructure in the region(roads/traffic) is not the best, once you arrive is hard to want to go out. Tha staff is extremely friendly and is always happy to help the guests!

TV malfunctioned, but it didn't affect our enjoyable stay.

Arriving early (around 9 am), we were delighted to find our room ready. The staff's kindness was exceptional. The pool, sun terrace, and private beach were fantastic. Undoubtedly, the area's finest and trendiest establishment, attracting even neighboring guests. The restaurant offered outstanding local cuisine at great value and quality. Based on these outstanding aspects, I would rate my experience a solid 9 out of 10. The early check-in, wonderful amenities, and excellent dining truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for providing such a delightful experience!

Coffee for breakfast need to paid separately. During our stay they raised the price for it. Restaurant was very good but comparable high price. Also drinks have comparable higher price. The room we had was getting a bit old but was ok. We saw, they are renovating rooms in modern style. The work there did not create early noise, so it was fine to stay.

Close to the sea, good breakfast. There was not yet a buffet as tourist season had not yet started but we always got a good breakfast. Free parking place but very tight place. There is restaurant which was very good.

The staff is disorganized, probably because they are very young. There was a problem with the electricity in the hotel, so the air conditioner was not working in most of the hotel. In the evening, one of the waiters turned on the air conditioner, so the question arises whether it was to save electricity or ...?

The hotel is located on a very beautiful beach and has its own well-organized beach. The breakfast is average, it could be a little more varied. The hotel also has its own à la carte restaurant, so there is no need to leave the place :-). On Fridays and Saturdays there is live music, the girl sings fantastically, so enjoyment in the evenings at the pool or in the restaurant is guaranteed.

Location of the hotel is really amazing and service beyond our expectations. All greetings to manager Biljana and very helpful and pleasant hotel staff. Room has been cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool is filled with sea water with cozy sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge.

- the room was very small, like 3x3 meters, with a 3x1 meter bath and an 1x2 meter balcony. - the bedsheets and towels did not get changed in 4 nights.

- the hotel has exceptional placement, right near the cliffs, and you can easely jump into the water; - the breakfast was very good, and with great diversity, easy to please everyone; - good prices in the restaurant; - great staff, with good english talking capabilities; - from a mistake, we forgot to mention that we will come with ouf 7 years old boy and the owner did not charge us extra.

Poor connection with nearby towns. Only one store nearby was open and it was not very well equipped.

Wonderful place, very helpful stuff, beatiful location, with an excellent breakfast. A pool with a marine water, no chemicals, desirable for children. Clean room, with a mesmerizing view.

Access to the hotel is as it is, a bit steep and narrow, but that is not a problem since they have their own parking. Breakfast is not inspiring but it is good.

The view and location are excellent. Clean room. Lovely people and friendly.

Nothing to do there without the car. The nearest bus station is in 2 km but public transport is rare. The best way to go somewhere is by taxi, but the price can be different. Talking about the restaurant - the meal was nice, but in the evenings it can take a long time to wait for the waiter and then wait for a meal:) The tables were sometimes dirty that make it not nice. Talking about the seaside, you'd better have a special shoes or just be careful, the rocks are near to the ladder.

The view is spectacular. The sea is warm and clean. Also the big advantage of the hotel is the pool with the seawater. It helped when the waves where high and it was hard to get to the sea also it is nice place for children. The sunbeds and towels are free for guests of the hotel. The staff is helpful and nice. I came at night that was too much early than the check in the hotel, so they give me an empty room before the check in. The rooms were cleaned every day. In general hotel will be nice place to stay for a few days if you travel by car. Also breakfasts were included and were nice. The restaurant meal is delicious.

The air conditioning was not working properly. The reception staff were rarely available to help. The room was tacky and the only accessible plugs near the bed were behind it. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the carpets were dirty. It was too hot without airconditioning - do not recommend.

The access to the hotel is a nightmare. You need to pass appr. 400-500 meters of rapid slope to reach the hotel, the so called "street" is very broken, narrow, and bumpy. Our group was travelling by motorcycles, and I did not take the risk to go down to the hotel by my vehicle. I left it up on the main road, 500 m away, locked, and I hoped to find it there the next morning. I found it :) The "parking" is only enough for one, maximum two cars, depending on their size. Moving around to change the driving direction and to go up to the main street is a challenge. All the above made us stay at the hotel, and have dinner at its restaurant. The food was not bad but quite expensive. Our room was on the second floor, it was very small with a very big wardrobe (but the view was great). There is no elevator. We had lots of luggage, and we carried it to the room by hand. There is no breakfast included, and you must pay if you want to have some.

The hotel location is incredible if you are looking for being close to the sea. The waves literally crash in the hotel's walls. The view is fascinating. Since for our company this was just a place to spend one night, we did not explore the town, and I cannot say about it's location in general.
