The only thing I’m not happy about the stay is that I only stayed at Ivan’s Bungalows for one night. It’s so quiet and comfortable that I wanna spend years here. Ivan is a great guy. I will definitely come back again.

Very nice and cute accommodation. Separate little bungalow with plenty of space (we took the one with inner terrace). Parking in front of the bungalow. Cute wooden furniture, comfortable beds. Our family (2 adults, 3 smaller kids) fitted in well. Clean, well equipped. 2 electric heaters in case you need them in summer too. Short walking distance to Zabljak center for food etc. Owner Ivan is a nice person that communicated very well via messages before our arrival and while we were there too. He lives in the house next to the bungalow and is helpful if needed. Thank you and recommended.

Big thanks to Ivan for his hospitality! He met us well and provided us with a parking spot. The bungalow has everything for a comfortable stay. We stayed there for one night, but we will definitely return there again.

A small improvement could be to try to make the room a bit darker—if someone has trouble sleeping, it might be a little too bright. But it’s definitely something that can be easily fixed.

The bungalow is charming and cozy, within walking distance to the supermarket and the center of Žabljak, yet still in a quiet and pleasant location. From the same walking distance, you can also reach the meadows and explore nature. Ivan and his family were amazing hosts—when we arrived, they greeted us with beers, and the next day his mother simply brought us baklava! We stayed there for five nights and enjoyed every moment.

Our most hospitable host, Ivan was so helpful and friendly!! We especially loved his rakija and the nice hot shower. Compared to other parts of town, it was very quiet and had a nice outlook, and still very close to town, pretty much walkable.

Great location - quiet and super convenient to Zabljak and Durmitor NP. Lovely little cottage with all basic amenities, great light, no odours. Very friendly and accommodating host. 10/10 would stay again.

We had an amazing stay in Ivan's bungalow. The location was perfect, very close to Zabljak centre and supermarket and about 30 mins walk to the Black Lake which was a nice walk. Very peaceful in and around the bungalow day and night. Ivan was just an amazing host. Helped us with getting to Prutas and rafting, for a very reasonable price. He was really quick to respond to any queries during our stay and just a really nice guy, even greeted us with a cold beer when we arrived. Would definitely recommend staying here and we miss it already.

I loved everything

Location is perfect, very close to city and a big market. And still u have a silent space. Ivan is very helpful and kind. His family also. Always asks if i want anything. I hope everthing goes well for him. He deserves. Bungalow is very good. Clean, new and It has all the needs. And the most i like, is the field/hill beside the house. Love to watch it, love to go and take time on there. I even wrote a story there :) So what else needs to have :)

Ivan and his family were very kind and friendly, they offered us welcome drinks on arrival. We had absolutely no issues with anything. Bungalow is perfectly equipped and has everything you may need. Location is perfect, close to the city center and Crno jezero, but it's very calm and silent area.

Internet connection. Yes, I know it's not related to the owner, but anyway, this factor is really annoying.

It's a very cool place, a cool house, and very positive hosts. There is a parking lot in front of the house (right on the territory next to the house). The house is clean and cozy, with almost everything you need for a few days. In general, I recommend it.

The location is good but you will need the car to the visitor centre of Durmitor. Also at times the WiFi was slow or went off, but Ivan said he will fix it. Thank you for everything Ivan!!

Ivan and his family were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, including helping us out with a very early transfer to the airport. The accommodation was in the traditional chalet style, beautifully arranged and was well equipped.

Host Ivan and his mother were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given two cold beers on arrival and then some home made cake on the second day. Ivan organised a taxi for us to hike Prutas. The location is just outside of town and very close to a supermarket. Durmitor entrance roughly 30 mins walk, but stopping in town for a coffee on the way breaks this up. We had a wonderful time exploring Durmintor and the Tara river. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend!

The bungalow is an incredibly cosy little house, spotlessly clean, close to the bus station and center of Zabljak but in a quiet part from which you get a view over the rural area. Ivan and his mum are very caring hosts. I can highly recommend the place and look forward to coming back.
