    - A 20-minute walk from the Black Lake - Very friendly staff - The hotel offered affordable zip-lining and jeep safaris - Free upfront parking

    - The coffee machine in the dining room could be improved. - The bar’s cocktails were average. - There’s some noise from the road if the window is open.

Hotel was fine, good location for the black lake. Breakfast was fine, good choice. Staff were fine. Just nothing really special about our stay here. By far the most expensive stay of all in Montenegro (we stayed in 6 hotels in total) so I didn’t feel it was great value for money

    Not great value for money

Great location close to Black Lake. Lovely sauna area on the top floor. Clean rooms

The staff were very nice and eager to help but didnt have a lot of knowledge about the activities in the area. There was also a creepy abandoned hotel directly across that was an eyesore

Service, including service at reception was first class. They were always very helpful and provided guidance both on the current local area and the next area we were planning to visit. Breakfast was a good spread of things, all generally fresh. We also had dinner there and again service was good and careful. Location was within walking distance of the National Park, ensuring that we had good access to walks and the lake.

Great location for Black Lake and town with 2-3 good restaurants and easy to book activities Jeep tour and buggy trip were great.

Instruction on activities was minimal we ended up down the Tara Canyon for rafting with no cash having not been told we had to pay cash on day. Rafting company wasn’t great. Previous guests food was in freezer compartment.

It was great to have parking at the property included, parking otherwise is expensive and hard to work out in this town. Great proximity to the National Park. Standard bikes for hire on the property. Staff were lovely, but sadly lacking in local knowledge. We were also offered an upgrade to a family room which gave us more room. Amazing views from the windows and balcony. Away from the main town so quiet.

The hotel is tired- mattresses need replacing, the bathroom smelt mouldy, cigarette burns in the carpet, the kitchenette is completely under stocked. While the staff were very friendly- there was no information provided about the hotel facilities nor the town itself and important things like you can’t park on the streets without a special permit.
