We stayed in what was likely the largest apartment in the property, featuring a spacious balcony on the top floor. The apartment includes a fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, which are extremely convenient for a long stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The entrance from the road to the front yard is hazardous, particularly for children, as we must walk 10 meters along the road.

The room was simply wonderful! Everything was clean and cozy, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay — from a comfortable bed to small kitchen details. It was very convenient to have a bus stop and two shops nearby — easy to buy groceries and get around. The beach is just a 10–15 minute walk away. We had a great stay!

Perfect location, wonderful terrace, a lot of space in the apartment, clean, all needed facilities. Helpful and kind hosts. Great restaurant nearby (Kusta), bus station, supermarkets, awesome beaches

Lots of stairs on the way to the apartment (~8 stairs ~10 steps each), cause we lived on the last floor. Bad internet connection (we bought e-sim 500gb, so it wasn’t a big problem).

The place was really clean, room service to replace used towels every three days. There was a nice TV and a mini fridge. A view of the sea from the balcony. Owner spoke Serbian and English so understanding each other was not a problem. The water is safe to drink and also there are two markets 2 minutes away. Private parking is available in front of the accommodation. Kamenovo beach is also really close and the water was crystal clear and there was place on the beach if you want to bring your own umbrella Would recommend this place to anybody wanting to visit Montenegro and does not want to be stuck in traffic, a great place to relax and enjoy the sea and the mountain breeze.

Nothing wrong

It was very comfortable and nice, we felt like at home. No problem to stay for a longer stay. The staff were kind to us at all times. The location was quiet which we appreciated, especially at night. The beach was extremely close and so were restaurants, a bus stop, and a few shops. We really enjoyed the view as well, you can see the sea and the mountains and it's extremely beautiful at sunset.

The location was hard to reach without a car, it was quite far from the city centre. Luckily, there is a regular bus service. Also there is no kitchen. It says so honestly when booking so we were ready for that but when staying for longer time, it would be better to have a space to cook.

There was a market nearby and a relatively clean beach, 10 mins to budva center by car, no parking problem

Climate and tv was not working when we entered. Staff quickly fixed the situation. So old-fashioned room even though apartment seems nice from outside

I can't express how fortunate we are to have found this accommodation, absolutely spotless clean ,compared to even more expensive places in the area that we previously stayed at over the years. Owners polite and nothing was a problem,, 2 markets within 20metres , best quality and value restaurant Kusta across the road , and path down to beach , paid 50 euro a night just can't be beaten .100% be back. , Mark , Viktoriia and boys.

Good location, several minutes on foot to the relatively cleanest beach in the region. Helpful staff. Spacious parking. The room was clean, working air-con. Not so common appliances such as a dryer, an iron and a kettle were available.

I was not informed prior about how to check-in. Thankfully resolved the issue in about 30 mins. Could use a sign or something.
