Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The hotel was great, the staff very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable rooms. Also the breakfast exceed our expectation. The spa was quiet and clean. The location is outside the town, very nice if you want a quiet place.

Despite the half board price being a good offer, we thought the dinner options were poor. Any extra items (drinks, etc) were extremely expensive given the location. Not a comment against the hotel, but the location is very remote. There is nothing else available except for the ski lift. There is a lot of planned development, so should be better in a few years. Kolasin town is about a 20 minute drive on a road that is still under construction.
Super facilities. Modern, clean. Very friendly staff. Half board option was a good price offering. So overall good value for money

The facilities is.great, the room is clean tidy and big. There ia simply noyhing to complain at. Exceptional A small.pool with a spa , very silent and calm to chill at The breakfast was tastey and the dinner was good. It ia 10.min from Kolasin so you need a car.

The service was excellent, the willingness to help, the smile, the helpfulness, the staff were amazing, especially Philip and Peter, who were very charming and helpful, and any problem they immediately came and solved, the staff in the dining room was always charming with a smile, especially the charming Daniela and the dining room manager, every request was immediately answered, definitely recommended for family and friends

Everything was absolutely perfect!
The most luxurious hotel we stayed at in Montenegro. It was a surprise because we booked it the same day while looking for a place to sleep. We arrived at a super luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was of a very high and prestigious standard. The spa was perfect — an indoor pool, dry and wet saunas. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable you could imagine, with big, soft pillows. Everything around was green, with fresh, cool air. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The entire building is new, and the staff makes you feel like royalty. Highly recommend this hotel and already looking forward to coming back next time!

We loved everything about the hotel , the location , the facilities and of course the crew service especially Marryel if i pronounce her name correctly 🙂which was above our expectations 😀 they did everything they could to let us feel the best👌 we definitely recommend to stay there . everything was great
A very high-level hotel, stunningly beautiful and impressive with a unique, luxurious design and a warm atmosphere, located near a ski resort. We received a large, spacious unit- pampering and tastefully furnished. A beautiful small kitchen and a huge, well-equipped shower. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. On the table in the room, a box of indulgent chocolates an two bottles of water were waiting for us. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied, with a personal choice of a main dish. Special mention goes to the staff, who were very courteous, and the service was excellent.

While I was there, only part of hotel was put into operation. It doesn't really spoil the experience, but spa zone is quite limited, as well as the amount of other active facilities. Hope to see next phases to be put into operation by the time of my next visit.
Great hotel to run away from city noise and have a great vacation in mountains. I travelled there in may, location is perfect to be used as a base camp for hiking or trailrunning. Breakfast and dinner are great, hotel looks really stylish and well organized.
