This was an absolutely fabulous apartment - excellent location, extremely clean and comfortable, and we were greeted by the host who shared maps & many local recommendations for restaurants and activities (including organising our boat trip immediately via WhatsApp). Free public parking is right outside - it can get very busy but we found a spot and it was very convenient.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Have a great location,beautiful decoration, everything is new, all the amenities are amazing. And the host is so kind, and helpful. Definitely my experience in Kotor was amazing because of him. Gave me alm the information around the area, and always in contact for any doubts.

Absolutely amazing apartment and location! A short walk to old town, nice and quiet place to come back to after exploring the town, and clean apartment. The host was nothing but amazing! Alexey went above and beyond. He welcomed us, showed us things to do around town and gave us the best recommendations. We couldn’t recommend this place more! We look forward to visiting and staying here again!

Not much to dislike about a property! Maybe a sign outside would be helpful to locate the right property as there are a few apartments in the area. (Our sim was not working so took us a bit of walking around to find it). The apartment is on the top floor.

Property is brand new, the rooms are thoughtfully renovated and is of a great location. Alexey met us at the door and gave us plenty of recommendations and was able to organise tours and transfers for us. He is super responsive and happy to help with anything related to the property and the city. We hope to come back again!

Fantastic new hotel, new and modern decoration and all the small details (important!) have been considered. The hotel is right on Kotor lake, and conveniently located within 5 mins walk of Kotor old town and Kotor bus station. Alexi is a fantastic host, super helpful and informative. He was on call for any support during our stay. When I return to Kotor I will certainly stay at Queen of Boka again!! 10/10

Highly recommend! The apartment was very pretty, fresh and clean. There was everything what we needed- air condition, fridge, towels supply. Very appropriate for friends or couples. Owner was very helpful with everything. He guided us how to get cheaper tickets to cable car and coaster attraction. We get from him discount to the nearest restaurant. We had good contact on WhatsApp all the time. After stay he brought us to the airport in Podgorica cheaper than taxi.

I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a newly renovated apartment so everything was perfect. Room was very neat, and the view from my room was lovely. Also Very close to the kotor old town, about 5 minutes walk away. Taxis are very easy to get in front of the property incase you need to go to Tivat or other towns. There are lovely restaurants around but you should definitely try STEAK AND BARBECUE HOUSE TANJA. I had to eat there 2 nights in a row.

The location of the property is absolutely perfect — it’s within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The owner, Alexey, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He welcomed us like a true tour guide, giving us great insights about the city, including useful tips and recommendations for tours and activities. He even provided us with a 20% discount code for the restaurant right next door, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a great experience in Kotor!

The only negative would be the smell in the bathroom. We had to keep the air conditioning running all day to get rid of the smell

The room didn't have any windows, it had 2 sky lights. (I was under the impression that the room I booked had windows/views - seems like I ddint pay attention to details). The apartment ceiling sloped towards the bed headboard - I bumped my head on the sloping ceiling couple of times. The shower floor water threshold had a sharp edge.
