The room was a bit small for three people. The bathroom had a small problem with the lighthing but the staff tried to repair. The only downside of the location is the hike from the old town all the way to the apartment

The location is very convinient. It is very close to the old town and to the Mogren beach (you can even walk to the marina in a couple of minutes). The two girls that handled the check-in were very nice and helpful.

The TV was not connected to the electricity so it didnt work. There was no light in the stair halls, so we had to use phone flash lights to go in and out. The staff was aware of that and the owner was notified but nothing changed. The appartment is located on high grounds so you need to walk up and climb up for a few minutes. There is no lift.

It is very centrally located, 5 min to the old town, the city beaches, supermarkets, stores and restaurants. Surrounded in green and in a residential neighborhood, the appartment is very quiet. The room was very clean and the staff were very polite. Check in was quite easy and the appartment is easy to find.

The location of the house was ideal. It was a 5-minute walk to the old town, restaurants, and many beaches. There are also green markets and markets nearby. The owners of the house, Mr. and Mrs., were very friendly and helpful. They helped us whenever we needed anything. I would like to thank Kalina and Yana who work there. The girls helped us whenever we had questions or needed anything. The room was clean. The air conditioner was working. There was always hot water. Towels and bedding were clean. The only drawback was that there was no gas or electric stove in the room. But as far as I know, there are other rooms. If I ever come back here, I would stay in this house.

We were in the last floor so in order to reach your room you need to make some climbing.

Perfect location, close to the heart of the city. You need to walk incline for a short time or you can reach using stairs. The room was big enough for 2 days and perfect view with balcony. The room was clean and bed was fine.

For our short(1night) stay, we preffered this property. The owner answered all our questions about the hotel and Budvha, he was really friendly. The room was definitely clean, it sufficed all our basic needs and it has a cozzy balcony with sea view. Certainly a very good option for low price.

You need to let the host know exact time of arrival, otherwise you will have to wait 1 hour until someone shows up. It is hard to find the host in the place, there is a reception but they dont use it. The host also is not very polite, I didnt like the way she talked to me.

The location was good, 10 min walking distance to Budva old town. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable.

The location couldn’t be better! The beaches and the old town was so near, it made our stay stress less and so comfortable. The staff was so kind. I recommend the place 100%

The room with jacuzzi felt like it was made for couples. The shower had glass therefore a person on the bed could see another one showering. One side of jacuzzi was not working (the bubbles button precisely). We paid additionally for a room with a view which we did not have.

On booking, the room is advertised as with sea view, but the there was no sea view from the apartment that we stayed. And the room smells a bit, because of the moisturewe guess..

The bathroom was dark, without natural light. After one night, there was a really bad smell coming from the shower (i guess) and it stayed the whole stay. Also, the noise isolation is poor, as the door are in thin wood and rooms very close to each other.

For a place with a home concept, there were very few items, especially in the kitchen. We also didn't have paper towels and soap. Half of the jacuzzi was working and the other half was not. Also, there was no kettle and we heated water in a coffee pot.

Location is perfect. we can walk easily to old town maybe 5 minutes.The host was very friendly and answered all the questions and helped. They help you if you want to use the washing machine.
