The only not so good thing was that the walls and doors were very thin, so we could hear everything outside of our apartment, neighbors on our floor fighting and shouting late at night.. 😂

Guesthouse was on point with my expectations because of the reviews. Awesome hospitality, whatever you need they are welcome to help you and make your stay there comfortable. Rooftop balcony has beautiful view at night, there is also balcony on lower levels where you can hang out outside your room, clean towels, accesories etc.. on your request. Location is very close to the main road so you will not get lost thats for sure, its relatively close to the beach, quick car trip to the beach in 2min and you can find free parking spots all across the long beach on the backside. Overall 10/10 for the price you pay.

if you have no means of transportation, which was our case, the location is a bit far from the better beach spots approx 20-30 minutes walk, buy with a car shouldnt be a problem they also had parking

The property was very cozy and clean, what made the stay extremely pleasant were the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a very positive experience with Sabina and Besa. There was also a rooftop terrace we enjoyed in the night. If we ever decide to come to Ulcinj again we will definitely visit here again.

It depends on everyone's whims, I don't have any.

Quiet location, friendly hosts, the lady owner speaks perfect English, always willing to help or guide. Also, the location is close to Long Beach (about 10 minutes' walk). A lot of restaurants and markets in the immediate vicinity, even a bus stop (I used it with some reservations). The apartment was clean, equipped with some essentials in the kitchenette, hot water, functional air conditioning, balcony, TV, towels, toilet paper, parking next to and in the immediate vicinity, clean hallways, etc... If I ever get to the area again I will definitely try to stay here.

We loved everything

We stayed in Liamra as a family of 3 for almost 15 days with our 2 dogs and we loved it. The hosts and Besa cleaning lady are amazing people. We had arranged a pick uo from Bar train station and it all went very smooth and comfortable. The room we stayed in was recently renovated. We loved the beds and the new shower. Whatever we were missing in the room we got very fast after asking for it. Accommodation has a beautiful rooftop from where you can see the sea. i work online Having video calls for hours and the internet connection was excellent. They have routers through out the whole hotel. You just need to know what connection to connect to. Beach is approx 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. The best restaurant in the area is 3 minutes away. The store is 10 minutes away. Everything is in walking distance. We even went on a beautiful boat trip that the hosts organize and took their boat taxi ride to old town Ulcinj. all in all we will be back to stay at least a month next time.

Bad wi-fi. A/c wasn't working properly. We didn't get any kitchenware included, but we received some after asking for it.

They could improve the shower heads, add some curtains, and add a little shelf in the bathroom. The bed was a little hard to our likings but we slept ok. 😊

Close to the beach, owner was nice and she is a native English speaker so it was easy to communicate. It was nice that the room had a mirror space with a chair and i could do my my make-up there. The room was big and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. Good value for the price.

The hotel is located close to Long Beach (10-15 min walk), in the center (shops, restaurants), but off the beaten track, thanks to which it is quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers (for a fee) transfer from the airport, with a driver with great musical taste. Breakfast is fine, you can easily fill up. The hosts are exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. We heartily recommend!

I like how personally we were treated by guys at Liamra! Ten breakfast was delicious and we were treated very nicely even with organic tomatoes and lots of melon every day! They speak very well English, were very communicative and we felt like home. The parking is secure life overall safety in Ulcinj. Accommodation fits the purpose of our stay which was exploring the beaches and nature in Monte Negro.

Amazing! Walking distance from beach, and if you go with car, 1 minute drive to a beutiful sandy beach, and free parking in forest behind the beach. Breakfest great, rooms nice, staff greeeat and all around the property bakeries, restaurants, markets etc.

the area for cooking was too small (I booked a studio of 25 mts), and the pans and pots were a little old and rusty. Sometimes you can smell the bathroom stale

the bed was comportable and the room size was enough, even I took a sunbathe in the balcony. The location is good (between 10 to 15 minutes to the beach) and they have private parking on the site. Also, the host was very nice, offering help all the time.

The accomodation is amazing, the location is great! The studio apartment is really nice, clean with amazing view. It has a rooftop that you can see the entire town from it. The owner Sabina was super nice and made me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful & well informed with recommendations and attractions. Location was central, clean and well serviced. Assisted me with a taxi service from bus station, and local eatery & promenade walk- Ulcinji coastline. Room was well equipped, balcony, fridge ketle kitchen goodies.

This guesthouse is situated in a cozy and peaceful area. The room was very large with all the necessary amenities. Very clean and tidy, we felt right at home in this place.
