Location is excellent, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Apartment well equipped and clean.

Even though our overall experience was good and we would come back here, there are a few things that could be improved. The lighting in the appartment on the first floor was weak, especially in the bathroom, dark tiles and some blue light, it was really dark. Parking was provided but not enough parking slots for all guests so sometimes you are bloked and staff needs to take your car keys to be able to move the cars.

The location was perfect. It's not even a 5-minute walk to the old town. It was a nice room with a large balcony.

The cleanliness could have been better; The towels were old, worn and stained. The pillowcases were yellowed.

Great location, just a short few minutes' walk to old town, close to restaurants and market. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was fantastic.

Before I started my comments I must to tell a little story ..in the beginning we order the vacation for 26/6 and because the war with Iran our fly was delayed..we suppose to pay a penalty for canceling the vacation but Simona was so good she realy understand our situation and help us do delayed the vacation to July (we only pay to booking the difference of the prise between June to July)the place are realy close to old Town he is clean and the room serves are tealy good .. so if you look for apartments in budve it's the perfect place to rent

From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations. Although check-in was officially at 2 PM, the staff graciously allowed us to check in at 11 AM, which set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. The receptionists welcomed us not just with professionalism, but with warmth and sincerity that made us feel like we had arrived not at a hotel, but into the embrace of family. In fact, it’s no exaggeration to say that even our own family might not have welcomed us with such genuine care. Our room was spotless — meticulously cleaned every single day, with fresh towels and bathrobes that gave us the comforting feeling of being at home. The property offered thoughtful details that went beyond expectations, things you wouldn’t normally find, all contributing to a deeply relaxing and luxurious experience. Despite being located right in the heart of Budva, just a stone’s throw from the Old Town, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. A true sanctuary in the center of the city.

Absolutely nothing. Not a single flaw. This was one of those rare stays where everything felt just right — as if carefully crafted for our perfect comfort.

Very good location next to old town Budva and beaches. Lots of amenities such as furniture and a full kitchen. The AC was very strong and cold.

Smelly in the bathroom due to a bad drain smell. Had to close the door always. The bed was not very comfortable.

Location is awesome. It is spacious, well organised and clean. Sound isolation is great so we could sleep despite the carnival taking place a hundred meters away. Hosts are kind and available and very forthcoming.

I will begin with the man who welcomed us:he was simply very nice;he helped us with the luggage with a wide smile. The location is perfect. it is a minute walk to the old Town. How clean????VERY clean.The even cleaned the room and changed the towels(I didn't expect that) M PALACE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👌

Modern and perfect apartment for a stay in Budva. We even had a balcony (even if the view was in front of a hotel), but still a balcony with chairs and the possibility of hanging the laundry. Parking place thanks to the flexibility of the staff.

It's a bit difficult to find the place with the car. Google maps is not a great support in that case. You find yourself in a road that leads you to a hotel parking, and in the end - just before the parking barrier - you have to go right where another barrier is.. but then you find the building. Luckily one member of the staff was on the road and indicated us the way.

The room was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location close to both the beach and the old town. The amenities were also excellent. I really appreciated having bathrobes and slippers. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, which made our stay wonderful. Thank you!

The location is a bit hard to find. The address listed on Booking.com might be incorrect. Even when searching the address on Google Maps, it doesn't seem to be recognized, so I recommend pinning the location on the map and sharing it with the taxi company when calling a taxi.

Location was perfect, good sized apartment, the staff was unbelievably hospitable. Great having parking at the location.
