The building is located in a great area. It is a very quiet and nice place on the left side of the bay, with its own private entrance to the sea and a small beach. The room and public spaces of the hotel were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful . We spend beautiful days at the Villa and hope to visit again.

If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this isn't the place. The music plays from the waterfront cafes until the wee hours of the morning.

We traveled as a family of 4. The rooms were different, but all were clean and tidy. The advantage was that you could walk straight from the room to the sunbeds by the sea. Only residents use them.

Very nice apartment. Location is nice, first line, has its own small beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, which you can ise free of charge. The stuff is super friendly and nice. The view over the sea is stunning. Definitely will come again

Internet did not work, unfortunately at all ! Slobodan said that it’s issued with the internet provider and usually is good . We stayed for 2 days and had to pay for roaming .

The location is superb. You have your own piece of paradise right in front of your room. The accommodation might not be luxurious, but the whole experience is. I would always recommend and go back.

In high season there may be a problem with parking, as there are quite a few of them, but we were lucky =) In some rooms there may be a problem with wi-fi, most likely in the outer ones. In both rooms where we stayed, there was black mold inside the air conditioner!

The hotel has a good location, few rooms and very friendly staff. Own access to the sea.

The sunshade on the terrace was pretty much unusable most of the time because of the strong winds. Could use a better solution.

The hosts and the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. We loved the view from the apartment. The size of the terrace was a life saver because it provided us with the opportunity to spend time out in the open, as we couldn't spend too much time on the beach itself because we were there with our six month old daughter who just didn't want to spend time on it.

In the room there was not even one closet. The shower was leaking so the bathroom was always full of water.

The location is great! The view from the balcony is amazing. Private hotel beach with shower and sunbeds is perfect. The town Sutomore is reaaly close.

Brilliant studio apartment with a huge terrace with amazing sea views. Direct access to the Adriatic for a dip so you don't have to go to the crowded beach which is only a minute away as are shops and restaurants. The owner, Slobodhan is a great guy and even dropped us off at the bus station. We loved our 4 nights there and will definitely return.

Cooking was difficult on electric hob which took a long time to heat up. Lack of space to prepare food. Noise from other rooms such as beds banging and furniture scraping along the floor causing unsettled sleep. Shower room was constantly wet from inadequate shower screen. Very dated kitchen and shower.
