The only disturbing thing was the smell in the bathroom which was coming from the canalization.

Very nice personnel helpful at any time. Close ti the Grand Beach (Velika Plaža) only a couple of meters, quiet place with a delicious breakfast.

Breakfast: very disappointing - just some eggs and few slices of salami and cheese. Only turkish coffee which was terrible. No soap or shower gel in the room. We had to ask twice for it. Bed was noisy at each movement You can hear everything from the other rooms. They only accept cash payment which was mentioned only when we arrived!! The photos shared via booking are missleading and doesn't reflect the reality. There is a lot of garbage around the place and also on the balcony that we had(where a fridge full of rust was placed). I don't recomand at all.

What I didn’t like… The rooms you see on Booking are not the rooms you actually get. The rooms are on the ground floor, with no balcony—just an exit that faces concrete and an unfinished area. The property was still being prepared for guests...all the apartments were already booked. Grass was being mowed every single day, and various works were going on. No, you will not have a garden view. Also, the furniture in the room is arranged in such a way that it’s hard to move between the bed and the wardrobe. You won’t even open the wardrobe because it’s practically unusable. Luckily, there are plenty of drawers where you can store your things. The TV works occasionally—mostly not. There’s no remote control to change channels; you have to do it directly on the receiver. There are a lot of mosquitoes, and nothing is provided for protection. There’s no mosquito net on the bathroom window, so you have to keep everything closed. The walls are smeared with squashed mosquitoes. The owners’ children stay on the property, and there are no rules about when they can play or make noise. They drag around the chairs you’ve barely managed to gather for the “terrace,” make constant noise, and play with tools… In the evening, they run and scream around the property until 11 PM. Forget about rest. The fridge is small—barely enough to keep water cold.

Kind and courteous staff, very polite and well-mannered employees. The food and buffet are satisfactory and worth the money you pay. The room is comfortable, the bed is cozy, and the bathroom is spacious. The furniture in the room is nice and new.

Fairly basic . No bottled water or tea / coffee facilities in room . No toiletries in the bathroom . No shops or supermarkets open nearby to purchase anything you needed .

Located just a three minute walk from the beach, Vila Kollari is hosted by a very friendly couple. The rooms are spacious and with an elegant interior design, while still being very much affordable.

The whole facility is unfinished with a lot of dust on the balcony, then it's dirty inside. There is no shampoo, mosquito tablets, extra towels, reception is not available.

The tiles in the bathroom had cement stains on them, which looked as if they are dirty. Also the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom so everything gets wet when showering, this water later then gets transfered to the bedroom and it becomes a whole mess. On the room walls were a lot of dead moskitos. Unfortunately, it comes from the nights, as soon as s window is open, loads of moskitos will fly inside, even when there is no light shining - it is such a shame that no anti-moskito products are offered by the hotel, since we heard latter it is a known problem for Ulcinj. At breakfast, there are only two sorts of fruity liquid offered to drink (you couldn't really call that a juice. It is more water mixed with some artificial taste powder).

The hotel was near the long beach, which is nice. The food at breakfast had a good choice!
