Beautiful little apartment with beautiful sites ocean and mountain sights.

The view was beyond amazing, the pictures doesn't make it justice. A perfect spot for rest and relaxation. And the room had everything you needed and might i add very nicely decorated. The outdoor balcony while small was more than enough to catch the sun while enjoying the view. I was most thoroughly pleased with my stay.

A different table equipped with an umbrella with some slightly larger more comfortable chairs might be nice. Some additional spots to put your cloths in is not essential but would make things easier.

I found the immediate area kind of quiet not too many restaurants or bars close by, we cabbed it in the future we would have to rent a vehicle. The condo was quite nice it’s space well used, with the high vaulted ceilings it made it appear more airy and open. I enjoyed the patio area with the barbecue and it’s million dollars view of the ocean.

I loved everything :)

Beautiful view and great location in a quiet area. Gaz station/super market is right in front of the property where you can do groceries, buy wine, fresh fruits/veggies/bread! Friendly neighborhood, a 30 minute walk to Marigot, 15 minute walk to David’s Hole and Baie Rouge beach (beautiful beach). I am a solo female traveler and felt 100 safe :) Cathy was an amazing host as she responded quickly to any questions I had and her place has literally everything you need!

The apartment is great, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, umbrella and little beach chairs, towels beach, a small, but cosy terace. Amazing view at the sea, beach, pool and palms. Great apartment complex, safe, with private parking with gate, pool, clean garden. Supermarket and bakery are nearby, an italian restaurant is very close, a gas station is across the road, which is very convenient, if you rent a car. Cathy and Muriel are very responsive persons and I had a great communication with them. Definetly, I recommend this place. It is perfect for two and I had a great vacation there.

The studio apartment was very well equipped. Excellent views of the bay with a lovely breeze blowing in from the bay. Excellent bakery, store, dining within a short walk. Proprietors very responsive.

Very noisy, because it is near the road. We were without electricity several times and without water too. We were two weeks without WiFi and nobody did nothing. The condo is not maintained, but no one fixes the deficiencies. The contact phone number of the host doesn’t exist, and if you want to contact by Booking you have no answer , when you need help. We were without clicker which opening main gate for five days. We were there 26 nights, nobody change towels, and bedding, we have three rolls of toalet paper for 27 days.

If your height is 5ft 6in or taller,it is uncomfortable. The bed is barely 16inches from the ground set in a small circle, barely 6ft diameter. I am 6ft 2in and started every morning with a deep knee squat. Mattress is poor quality. Closet space is minimal and designed for a dwarf. Use of multiple amperage devices will trip circuit breakers. The worse aspect of our stay is not knowing the availability of water. On at least two days of our stay there was 14 hrs of no running water. One had to rely on the ocean or pool to remove the day’s dirt. There is a minimum of 10 hrs per day of no running water. Extremely intolerable! The blame has been placed on pipe issues from desalination ponds. There is no reliable information. I cannot recommend the room for rental at this time, given design, lack of comfort, and poor ability to maintain any degree of water to maintain daily hygiene. The room although superficially appearing clean, dust build up behind shelves, ceiling fans, certain cupboards is unacceptable.

The communication aspect of this property is lacking. It’s not easy to get a hold of the owners, nor does the contact number on this website work. I had no idea St. Martin has consistent water issues, so when there was no water, and no one to get a hold of, I became extremely frustrated. The property itself is not to blame. Water is a basic human need, therefore I strongly believe this should have been communicated to me prior to my arrival. I could’ve prepared by buying liters of water or by being provided water. I will say after I got in contact with someone and a lot of back and forth, I was provided water. It was honestly a lot of hassle to receive such a simple and cheap solution. Please do not let a water issue stop you from staying here. You’re not going to find a better place to stay in St. Martin.

This property is just as pictured, and once you see it in person, it’s even better. The view is to die for, nice pool, and literally supplies everything you didn’t even know you could possibly need. Ex. beach chairs, sunscreen, full kitchen w/ every appliance you may need and even snacks. The gated parking, amazing Italian restaurant next door, convenience grocery store/gas station across the street and a beautiful beach down the street. I enjoyed my stay here and can recommend. Lastly, I was a solo female travel, who stayed for a week and felt very safe.
