Suite No. 501 is on the same floor as the food; it was unfortunately always very, very noisy. Guests also shouted around in front of the room door. In addition, there is a large gap between the floor and the door, so you can also smell every single meal that is prepared.

Silverware and serving tray are pretty old. It would have been nice to have a better silverware that commensurate with the price of the room. The noise across the street is unbearable at night. I would consider going somewhere else next time with that level of craziness.

During daytime, the street is busy with people, and cars, just outside hotel. Should be mentioned hotel security and staff are always visible. Provisoned breakfast was a low : pastry was not fresh, egg + bread and butter squeezed into a half side plate.

Rooms are spacious, very clean. The huge bed with couch is comfortable. Shower and general bathroom space is generous. The interior is a haven separate from the hustle and bustle just by building's doorstep

It was difficult to reach as google maps showed us a different place (though being the name and address the same!) so be careful and make sure. In front there is a market and it was quite noisy day and night. The energy wen’t off when we were at the spa, so couldn’t really enjoy it at arrival.

The room was very big and bed comfy. The breakfast is also good. I had a massage and ir was perfect!

Not very clean, bedsheets or breakfast trays, the jacuzzi had a glass inside! Also I used the laundry services and they had my clothes mixed up, half resolved the issue but I still had some missing items in the end.

While the hotel is conveniently close to the city centre, the area around it is often crowded, with people frequently approaching for money or food, which the management should address with appropriate measures. Additionally, given the price, adding temperature control to the swimming pool would enhance the experience.

Great staff, good breakfast, and comfortable rooms, complemented by excellent sauna, hammam, and Jacuzzi facilities; the restaurant staff was equally helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

After I booked the room at the hotel, I wrote an email to the hotel to query about shuttle transfer from the airport. They did not reply to my email. I had to call them using a landline telephone, and I was informed accordingly.

The breakfast was nice. The tea served is good, but you have to always remind the waiters for the milk. They continuously forget to serve. The location is not great. It is always crowded, was far from my meeting venue (Novotel).
