Very nice small hotel with very friendly staff. Great swimming pool in tropical setting and for us a great location with 3 beaches nearby and not far to nearby town.

Friendly staff, lovely pool, very quiet spot. Lemurs in the garden were a bonus! Food at the restaurant was nice. All the staff were excellent, very friendly.

HungaryI booked this hotel, because of wifi in the rooms. I did not have wifi, only in common areas, and there is a daily quota per password. To be honest I did not mind having a digital detox, I just wished I knew about it. However, some other tourists said their wifi was ok. Exchange was mentioned among the facilities, so I did not get money at the airport. It was a mistake. They could not exchange money, but they accepted payment in Euros at the restaurant. Not many options for breakfast, and small portions. This area is quite far from shops and everything, so you would have to take a tuktuk to get to an ATM or exchange. Tuktuks will multiply their fees for tourists. I could not buy anything for snack for instance, food between meals. Mind you, I'm very fussy, and had no fridge either. I consider these part of the adventure, developing survival skills. I had a great time anyway doing day trips almost every day.
All staff were very nice and did their best to overcome the language barrier. Only one of them spoke English. The pool is cleaned every day, the hotel is surrounded by fence and guarded by staff, so feels very safe. I felt safe around the area. The beach is close. There was hot water, air con, fan, security locker, plenty of storage space. The food was good. I ate every day at the hotel. Some lemurs often visit the garden. I am happy with my choice, and just loved the jungle feel with the pool in the middle. The locals in the area are nice in general, I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Of course they will want you to buy souvenirs etc., but you can always walk away. Airport pick up and drop off was ok.

BelgiumThey didn't keep the Booking.com price (charged more, tho not much) and other charges (e.g. internet) were unexpected. Communication thru booking.com website was bad (never received any answers on questions) and I suspect that the booking even didn't get registered.
Nice hotel, clean, relaxed. Professional and friendly staff. Pool and room was very nice and cosy. Good location.
