How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The sofa in the living room was not that good for sleeping. The window blind was stuck so I had to sleep with the lights from the parking.
The apartment was new and superb, super clean, very modern. Near the apartment there is kids 's playground. Fully equipped kitchen.

There is no public transport in Mavrovo and taxis are hard to find. Next time I visit Mavrovo I should rent a car!
The apartment is in excellent condition and has everything you need. The host was very nice and helpful. A beautiful hiking trail starts just around the corner.

Everything was amazing.
We absolutely loved our stay in Adora’s appartment. The apartment has a very cozy and modern interior and it is equipped with everything you’ll need. The host was very responsive and made our stay that much better. The parking lot is quite spacious.

Very cozy apartment, great location, great host. The owner is very friendly, responsive and makes you feel like home. The apartment is very thoughtfully designed and you really feel cozy staying here. I would definitely come back to this apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and always available for any questions or assistance. Communication was excellent, with quick responses that made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect—close to the ski area and within walking distance of nearby markets.It’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and I’d definitely stay here again!

orienting in the complex was a bit of a challenge but the host was kind to guide us on the phone...
super modern apartment with fully equiped kitchen...the host was super responsive and was guiding us for whatever we needed... big terrace with a mountain view, perfect for morning coffee...

Everything was awesome! The apartment was new, cozy , very clean and has everything you need. We felt like home. The owner was polite and very helpful, he met all our needs. I would recommend it if you go to Mavrovo.

Everything was more than perfect.
Everyrhing was more than perfect. Host is very responsive and the communication was very easy. Apartment is new and very well equipped. Definitely we will come back next time.

The road to the buildings parking lot is a bit of a steep climb. Winter time if there is snow it could be a challenge. But this has nothing to do with the apartment and the host... Just nitpicking :)
Spatious, clean, well decorated. The host is great! Welcomed us upon arrival and showed us everything about the accomodation.

It is a new building with not the best building quality. It was actually very cold inside during summer. We had a little noise issue, but the host went above and beyond to solve it. Beware that you do have to carry your suitcases up a few stairs.
Very modern, cozy but spacious apartment. Communication with host was perfect. You really get everything you want inside the apartment, including amenities, snacks and water. It has a really nice balcony, with very comfortable chairs, although overlooking a parking lot.

Excellent stay, would definitely recommend it. Best value for the money. The host is very pleasant and respectful. The room is as good as it gets from hygiene to amenities, everything is top notch.
