Chris is an amazing host and everything previous recommendations say is true! He went out of his way to help with tips for restaurants,lovely places and transport to Bulgaria which wasn't easy to find. The guesthouse is lush and lovely, we even stayed many hours just around the house as it was so comfortable there in the courtyard and shade. Prilep is a lovely authentic Macedonian town with great nature around. 100% recommended if you come to Prilep,look no further!

Footing is often uneven and there are steps and scatter rugs to watch out for. (Unexpected interior steps are very common here in North Macedonia, and travelers need to be aware.) This property is not accessible to folks in wheel chairs, and people with serious mobility issues might not be safe here. (These challenges are mitigated by Christian, a SUPER host who does his all to accommodate guests' needs and make them feel welcome.)

Pleasant environment, friendly staff, great location, cozy room...The house is very interesting. It's a short walk to the center of Prilep. Restaurants and other amenities are close by. You will be pleased to stay at Antika Guest House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. It's conveniently located and easy to find. The house itself is a beautifully restored historic building, carefully renovated by the owners to preserve its authentic style. The hosts even gave us a short tour, which made the experience feel even more special. We stayed in the most unique room in the house, which added a nice touch to our trip. There’s also a shared kitchen, a cozy living room, and a small terrace where you can relax and enjoy your time. The host was friendly, sociable, and made us feel very welcome.

The room was spacious and had two large windows. The heater kept the room warm during the cold nights. The bed was very comfortable. The house was close to the central square but on a side street, so it was quiet during the day and at night. There is a nice washing machine, dryer, and drying rack for doing laundry.

The individual running this property (Christian) is really friendly. He was helpful and made a contact number available if I had any questions. There is a courtyard where you can relax and a nice kitchen area.

You are staying in an old authentic apartment, all facilities are there, we had a private bathroom, the kitchen is shared, the host Chris is very friendly and helpful. The place is cozy and silent. The internet connection speed is higher than the average in Macedonia. I can recommend this place to anyone traveling this area of Macedonia.

Its quiet, family-oriented setting might feel a bit lonely for solo travelers. During my stay, the owner wasn't around,so I lacked someone to ask for information bit could be that was specific at my stay.

The hostel, housed in a charming antique building, offers a unique and homey atmosphere. The owner pays meticulous attention to every detail, creating a pleasant and peaceful environment near the city center.

Incredibly cheap for what you get. The host is really kind and helpful. I even got a room with a private bathroom, even though I booked the one with the shared bathroom. The rooms are really nice, it almost looks like you're in a museum. Kitchen is well-equipped. There's a lot of space to sit outside. No AC, but the room is cool, so it's also not necessary (it was 35 degrees when I stayed there).

Good quality for money, affordable accomodation in the centre of the city. I was lucky to meet and spend great time with people from all around the world, and even make some friends:) Hristijan, the owner, was always attentive to details and ready to help. He also cleans here every day, the bathroom floor is sanisied. I had my towels and bedsheets changed once a week. I work remotely, spent 2 weeks here, internet was stable, 40-50mbps, all facilities working. You get a good equiped kitchen with free coffee, tea, spices, etc. There are also soap, shampoo and paper in the bathrooms. Every room has a different vintage style! My friends thought I was showing them the picture from the museum, but it was my room xD The door is locked by the key and there are cameras on the territory, I was feeling safe here. This review is already too long, though I didn't mention all the great things here:)
