How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Place is nice and the host is very friendly, very welcoming. If you want something to eat, there is a good fish restaurant nearby, it's called "Kaj Vujce", highly recommended by the host and by me, great choice!

Very spacy, clean, and comfortable All usually needed facilities (fridge, watercook, tv, airco, etc.) working perfect. Nice terrace. Parking in front of house. Very kind and helpful host. We'll come again. To be strongly recommended.

We had a small problem with a shower head so it was a little tricky to take a shower but we still had fun while doing it.
It is a charming place. It has a beautiful garden and our child was amazed by it. The room was spacious and it had a small terrace with a beautiful view.

The hosts are really great, friendly and nice! The room was very clean and comfortable. It was easy for us to find the apartments, as everything was marked well. We also got all the needed information prior to our stay. We have really enjoyed our stay!

There is nothing we didn't like regarding the residence but the Dojran Lakes's beach and water is terrible. You can go and swim in it only if you want to catch some kind of disease. Dead fishes on the shore....
The host is very good and friendly and showed us shortcut to the beach. Domaćin!The apartment is nice and clean.

Some coffee or tea in the apartments kitchen would be nice. Apartments are like studios, for us (family of five) it was monospaced with 5 beds (2+2+1) but no separate rooms.
Simple but comfortable and clean. Parking inside the closed yard next to the house. A little bit difficult to find a location but great host came for us by car to lead us there, although it was very late.

I have no negative impressions!
The apartment is very nice, very clean, modernly equipped, in a quiet area, with a beautifully landscaped yard, less than 2 minutes' drive from the center of events. The owners are more than friendly, unobtrusive and always available. Parking place provided Recommendations!

We came to the property at 11pm, as per agreement at the chat at booking. When we arrived the owner was extremely unpleasant, and pretending that booking was canceled, which was not truth, and I showed him the app. He gave our room to someone else as he thought that we won't come, and he was very rood, he was not sorry at all. We had to find another place at 23.00pm, after 12h of driving. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been using booking for 15 years and have never come accross anything worse than these guys. They should be banned from booking.com.
Absolutely nothing. Never try to stay here, they are samcammers.

There was no toilet paper, no hair dryer, no hot water to at least clean the baby, the host didn't want to turn the heater on. He is also very unpleasant and not answering the messages. He told us to leave the room at 8 AM, even though house rules say 10 AM. Then he called the road workers to dig the street early in the morning so that we have to leave early before they start digging. Never coming back here again! Advise for everyone, especially those with liitle children is to avoid this horrible place!

Well location is ok for overnight stay but not longer than that - place is located in the middle of local suburb so you really feel as part of community. Meaningl when they all start roaring their cars and scooters early in the morning it's time to get up. We were ok with that but it's worth knowing this in case visitor needs to have a good rest. Facilitiy/room that we were located would provide better value for money if mattresses were upgraded with better ones - not comfortable at all. One of the shower scree doors werr missing but that was not something that would beva problem. With bit of maintenance it would be simple better value for money.
Hosts were to lovely people trying to make our stay as plesent as possible. Linen was clean as well as towels.
