Апартманите се на главната улица со преубав поглед, собите чисти , светли со комплетна опрема.Купатилото големо и многу чисто. Многу вкусен доручек со можност да одбереш од утринското мени. Персоналот многу љубезен и пресретлив. Топло го препорачувам и дефинитивно би се вратиле повторно на подолг период.

A little gem of a hotel in the perfect location in Bitola. Sweet, kind owner, great breakfast, very clean and comfortable room. A nice walk from the bus station. Recommend!

The hotel is located on the central street with a beautiful view from the balcony, the room is very clean, spacious, interesting interior, authentic. The object is historically protected by the city museum, with an interesting history. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is very kind. Thank you Chitalna for everything.

It was in the very center of the town ,with balcony looking on a pedestrian zone "Shirok sokak". Very quiet clean with very helpful staff. Recomendation... The parking was only two minutes away.... cost us only half€..

Centrally located, although it is an old building, the host Janelle, and the facilities were excellent. I strongly recommend the host to have a coffee and tea table in the room rather than outside the room.

Fantastic location wonderful host superb and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent we had the omelets which was delicious

We appreciated the warm welcome from our hostess, who did everything she could to make our stay a pleasant one. She gave us sound advice on what to eat at the hotel restaurant. We tasted an excellent bottle of Macedonian wine, Vranec, which we recommend. On the day of departure, we took the bus before breakfast time and she brought us a packed lunch for the road. All the staff were pleasant. Excellent location on Bitola's pedestrian street. Very easy access to the city's various points of interest.

A chair in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.

As it happens we didn't end up staying here as there had been a mix up with our booking, but I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. When it became clear that there was an issue, the person on duty that day went out of his way to phone around to find us alternative accommodation and sort out the problem. He eventually managed to find us somewhere else (which was perfect) and let us have breakfast at Citalna - which was excellent. (We also had dinner in the restaurant there - I would happily recommend it for dinner.) So even though we didn't stay there, I simply cannot fault the service we received. We saw the rooms - they looked very nice and spotlessly clean. And I can comment on the location - overlooking the main pedestrian street is perfect.
