Noisy room and not so clean.

Very nice stay in a clean apartment. The breakfast was great (even though we accidentally ordered soup). The best thing about this hotel was the staff! I forgot my headphones in the hotel room and they managed to get them to Skopje (for free) to a shop where I was able to pick them up. It was very nice to meet such kind people.

The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast that is included is perfect, really good. We couldn it all of it. We also had dinner and it was awesome. Good food, chicken was great. Pizza was also good. At the restorable they have a playground for the kids.

They don't surve alcohol, just as a reminder. But it doesn't matter.

Last time I stayed here with a friend and had a great experience, so this time I came back with my wife. The double room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was big and relaxing, and we had everything we needed. Reception staff was, again, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with some nice traditional food. We also appreciated the free parking and 24-hour service. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will definitely come back again.

Just WOW, it is perfect for the price you pay ! We traveled with motorcycles and free parking was available with security 24/7 . The dinner at restaurant was veryyy good and the hotel overall exceeded my expectations, it is new , clean , quiet! The breakfast was served to our table but it was very good many choices also . I will visit them for sure when we travel again for mountain Sharr !

We specifically chose this hotel for our one night stay because it was out of town and on the way to our next destination. Other travelers might find the location too far from Tetovo. A tasty generous breakfast was served. The staff was accommodating and kind.

Some facilities mentioned in the description were missing, like a hairdryer, slippers, Strong unpleasant smell of stagnated water in the bathroom. The shower cubicle has a wide opening, so water gets spilled on the floor.

I didn’t like the property. Location was on an industrial site and next to main road

Decent place to stop at for a night. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant staff was very kind. Breakfast was quite nice! Free parking available. The location is in the middle of nowhere, so it only makes sense as a stop along the way. We could pay with international card!

The room smelled a bit bad and the restaurant smelled of smoke. It is not the coziest of places.

- After arriving and paying the daily rate, we were informed that breakfast could not be served as included in the room reservation, as the staff would only arrive after 2 p.m. After much insistence that the contract be fulfilled, they promised to leave some food in the refrigerator to be served the next day, which was done. - Breakfast of very poor quality, having been offered a glass of cold tea + some slices of salami and bread, all of them cold. - The TV in the room did not work, which forced us to change accommodations after we were settled. - Shower box partially open, wetting the entire bathroom after using the shower - Terrible location and lack of nearby infrastructure (markets, bars...),. To access the city, only with your own car or private service.

Hotel & Restaurant Ema Хотел и ресторан Ема Even though we paid for a large room, we got a small and cramped room. The faucet in the shower sprays everywhere and it's impossible to close the shower. very uncomfortable to bathe with. The shower has no door so the entire bathroom was flooded and we had to dry it with our towels. The bedding has an unclean smell. The breakfast was very low quality almost no choices.Not tasty. Totally not recommended.

Room was clean and staff was very helpfull. Interior looks very nice. There is a children playground in the restaurant.

The towel hanger and soap dish were missing in the bathroom. There is a hardware store in the ground floor accessible from the reception.
