Location. The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere in a warehouse / wholesale area. The distance to Strumica center is about 2.5 km. Anyway I was travelling on business and the place was perfect for me, I did not mind the location at all.

Very clean rooms and bathroom, also comfortable and spacious. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not well soundproofed. You can hear the conversation from neighbouring rooms.

This is the best hotel in Strumica, we stayed here couple of times. The staff is great and very accommodating. The rooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient and is open until 10pm. You need a car to comfortably go in town. I don't recommend walking in the neighbourhood.

There is really nothing to dislike. The personnel are friendly and most speak some English. The hotel is not situated in town, but in a kind of industrial area on the outskirts. There are not shops, etc. close, but the downtown area is only minutes away by car.

It is a fairly new building, on the edge of town. The design and architecture are very modern. The rooms are spacious. Neutral colors. An elevator serves the two upper floors where the rooms are. They host a lot of weddings in the Spring and they informed me that there would be one during my stay. They gave me a room on the top floor. The doors and windows are very soundproof and I didn't hear any noise. Breakfast is offered and is simple with fried eggs, meats, some fruit and bread.

At present Strumica is 'under development", lots of construction going on. This part of the city has several small factories and warehouses scattered around, so it is not the prettiest location, but there are large parking lots and access is very easy and close to town.

The hotel is situated just outside of downtown area in a small industrial area. It's about 1 minute out. Walking into town would be a bit far, but not impossible. Their biggest clients are marriages. New, modern and nicely decorated the rooms are large, comfortable and nicely appointed. Everything is modern, clean and nice. Probably the nicest and most modern hotel in town.

Absolutely stunning value for money! The hotel was really nice; the room was spacious with very nice and clean bathroom. Nice stuff, and spacious parking in front!

High quality new hotel staffed with great people. Usually I don’t write reviews but this place deserves my time. If you are at the Skopje International airport please take a drive for an hour and a quarter and be pleasantly surprised. Also breakfast is excellent with some Macedonia specialties. Security is not a problem. It is a gem of a hotel.

The breakfast could offer a bit more. There is a kettle for boiling water in every room but none in the breakfast hall.

A new, neat and clean hotel, very comfortable beds. It is a bit on the outskirts but the connection to the town center is good, you can totally walk it. Super price-performance experience. A solid breakfast.

The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but all in all it was good.

Everything in the room was completely new, high quality and clean. Modern design, up to western hotel standards, miles ahead of other hotels nearby. Safe to say I found my go-to hotel for business trips in the area.

- very basic breakfast for a 4 star hotel Every morning cold eggs... Staff was informed and made us warm eggs. Even if the breakfast was open 40 minutes the eggs were cold.
