Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to enjoy anything, as we left the hotel just a few minutes after check-in.

My wife and I arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes at the reception until a lady from the kitchen came to check us in. After receiving the key and entering our room, we found it dirty: cobwebs, dust, and hair everywhere. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, and next to the pillow there was a pile of hair, which made us feel uncomfortable sleeping there. We decided to leave the hotel after only 15 minutes of staying.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures on your website. The state of the hotel is in terrible condition. The hotel room had mold, old furniture and there was only a mattress on the floor without a bed frame. Besides, the handle of the hotel room was broken, the hallway had a terrible smell as well as the hotel room, not only that... The TV was broken. I will not even discuss the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, completely disgusting and disappointing. It was like a set for a shooting a horror movie. After we were there for 15 minutes, we left and went to another hotel, which was amazing. I asked for a refund regarding the payment I made, they did not respond.

The view

This was the worse hotel we stayed in when visiting North Macedonia and also the most expensive. Bathroom disaster with not even proper running water in the shower which also didn't have a door. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. Bfast started mega late. Overall a very run down hotel and would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

Great views from balcony. Excellent breakfast. Strong WiFi in the room.

The listed facilities included a hot tub,tumble drier, chocolates or cookies : we had none of these. I ordered the trout in the restaurant: it did not come as the picture in the menu suggested, it was just the fish (which was good), slice of lemon and two halves of potato.

Lovely hotel with a really fantastic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Excellent food in the restaurant definitely recommend eating there.

WiFi in the restaurant was good but not as good in the rooms.

Old facility, needs renovation, lights were not functioning properly. Bedsheets smelled like they were old.

Hotel's location is amazing and i has a very beautiful view. Staff were friendly , our room was spacious and it had everything we needed. The bed was large and comfy, the balcony was also very nice. overall good experience

I liked the location, the garden, the pool and the restaurant. The hotel from outside is gorgeous and the view was very good. Stuff is friendly and very kind, but they need to learn some finesse. Food was also good. Hot water is available all the time.

I didn't like the room. It was dirty, dusty and full of spiders. The shower cabin was broken and there was a mattress behind the entrance door.

Quite good location and free parking! WE were supposed to stay 4 nights... The only thing that went "well" was the cash refund, after terrible night and NO breakfast at the almost empty hotel. WE "negotiated" this refund ON PHONE with the manager Maja and she was most helpfully. I liked the photos of the property on Booking.com... LOL

This hotel should be BANED from booking.com! Practically no guests for Bed & Breakfast service during the longest weekend in high season. This is important, too! Obviously people knew better! Flies and murky pool water, and pool who nobody uses! In this period there were 2 weeding events, with very loud, local music. Expensive for the quality given. Some waiters were pretty rood! Room was too small. The bad was broken and extremely low. The view was nice, but the balcony was dangerous and the fence was very low. Not family friendly hotel. Dangerous for the kids! All in all the hotel looks flashy, outdated oriental pleasure house!

The location and the view - the view sold it. Also if you have kids the pool is great.

The rooms were awful. No air con, decor abysmal and the beds horrible. There was only one working plug socket and a fridge that didn't work. The staff greeting was awful as well. The food was okay but nothing special, we would have been better off at one of the local bars.

The staff was very friendly! We got an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi and the breakfast was on the house.

The food wasn't as good as we hoped and the jacuzzi that we got was very dated and there was no shower.

They charge us at booking and also there now we waiting the money back

No good heating in the rooms. Water was flushing from pipes in the toilet. Not good value for the money. Great location but the hotel needs to invest a lot more i the facilities.

The Hotel in Booking is rated four stars; de facto, it is a three-star hotel. Everything in the room is for renovation: leaking shower, poor lighting, and faulty installation. The heating was weak; added a heating option with a small radiator. The bed is a separate story, like in a brothel on the ground. In conclusion, the hotel is not worth the price charged. Booking should review the hotel's ranking, aiming to protect the customers.
