How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Even though the noise from the restaurant quieted down after 12am, it was far too late for travelers who have been discovering the city and planned to be up early the next day. This is the only thing otherwise hotel staff were awesome and hotel is great

Air conditioning did not work and the room had over 29 degrees at night. Very hard to sleep

Airconditioning was unusual setting. The room was quite warm during the day however was more pleasant in the evening. The power outlets were not working where the desk area was but that could have been due to power outage. Overall everything was fantastic!
Staff, location and comfort. My room was clean and the cleaner was simply the best always asked if i needed anything. Great staff, restaurant was amazing! Coffee was to perfection, double every morning. Simply wonderful.

Great and in my opinion the best place to stay in bitola, close to the main strip but quiet enough to relax. Resturant is amazing.

Could be noisy on a Friday night when the nightclub at the back of the hotel is operating

My only recommendation yo the hotel is that you provided a jug for coffee but no cups or complimentary coffee. This was not an issue for us but it may be for others.
If you are staying in Bitola we highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a lift so no need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was excellent. We had number of days in Bitola. We only ate at the restaurant. The food was great and in big portions. Price was very reasonable. So stop looking around for a hotel in the area and just book this place. You want be disappointed. M&L from Australia

The boutique hotel has a great location to visit the old town of Bitola. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The only negative thing was that the breakfast stats a bit late, at 8 a.m.

Hotel with 4 stars but without the own parking. Inside it vas little cold (night temp was -4°C).
Good new building with comfortable rooms and daining room. Nearby the old town.

The reception is open from 8am to 8pm, unless it is busy with orders in the restaurant. The staff is not professionally trained to work in the reception, as they are unable to communicate the basic things that are common at check-in. Since I checked out before 8 am, I was unable to get the bill. I was not able to call someone on the published number in three days to send me the bill by email. So I was left without the possibility of reimbursement from the company.
The location is quite good, except that they don't have their own organized parking, but a public parking lot, which is usually full. Breakfast is average with a fairly limited selection. Some menus, where for example you can't find cereals or fruit.

Couldn't fault it during my one night stay.
Nice and comfortable room for a one night stay although I didn't use any of the other bar/restaraunt/breakfast facilities

Good location close to old bazaar and the major pedestrian street, which are both great. The room was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast.

There’s no individual cooling or heating for each room as it’s the same temperature for the whole hotel so we slept with the windows open as it was warm, bit of an issue as it’s very busy with traffic and noise at night. Breakfast has limited options to choose from.
Great location, friendly staff and the facilities are fairly new. WiFi was decent as well. The restaurant has great food.

As there is a kettle and cups in room, maybe a few teabags, sugar and coffee sachets! We carry our own so it was ok.
It is a cosy hotel in a good location . Whilst reception is not manned or was not during our stay the staff in restaurant did their best to manage both. Noting the restaurant was busy when we arrived. All staff were very pleasant and helpful including the housekeeping. The room size is cosy but comfortable. The restaurant food quality is good. Breakfast was really good and plentiful even though it was ala carte from 4/5 menu options. The choices were great. On our last morning as we had an early departure the staff prepared us a breakfast pack that was substantial. Included drink, 2 pieces of fruit and 2 sandwiches each! Overall a good experience for us.
