It is not right to charge for sunbeds on a private hotel beach for the hotel’s guests.

The quality of the breakfast could be improved. I was hoping for a greater selection. I felt the breakfast crew could have been more attentive and engaged. They appeared young and inexperienced, and some training on customer service could improve the breakfast experience for future guests.

I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views from my room. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. They had an ATM machine next to the reception, very handy. There was free parking outside the hotel. Good food and service in the restaurant.

On Booking.com, the hotel appears to be located by the lake and has a beach. However, there is an additional charge for sunbeds and umbrellas. Guards walk around and collect €2.50 per person. We had to pay separately for each day. Therefore, it should be clearly stated in the hotel's description that there is an extra charge for using the beach. Also, having the same breakfast every day was disappointing. The bread was often stale, and the items served were the same each day."

Extra charge for normal cola or water for dinner. Food disappears in seconds and not refilled. Dinner wasnt really interesting. Room was really really dirty, especially the bathroom. Stains after wine on furniture. Not to mention its an old hotel with old furniture. Also wifi was horrible. For sure its not 4 star hotel, barely 3. For one- two nights its bearable just because of the beach and lake view.

The room facilities are outdated and old. The bedding needs an update. Breakfast buffet was the same for the full 7 days we were there, changing this every day with different options would be better. Hairdryer didnt work.

Good location and access to the beach. The beach beds were discounted for hotel guests. The hotel is surrounded by trees and the area is well looked after. Free parking for hotel guests was included.

The biggest downside of the beach is that there are no showers 😕 Beach-goers need to take a shower despite the refreshing lake

The accessibility of the beach is the biggest asset of the hotel. In a matter of minutes the beach is at your disposal and you don't have to think of where to park your car or where to swim.

I have one complain though. At the reception desk, the receptionist took my ID card. After two nights I check out, go some 300 km to the border and I realize that during cheek out, my ID was not given back to me. I had to return to the hotel and this way spend half a day traveling worth less. I do not why they need ID/Passport original, why not copying it. 😖😖😖

The location of the hotel itself was quiet, but the rooms are relatively noisy. You can hear talking and coughing from the neighboring rooms, as well as on the balconies. The deep pile carpet in the room seems a bit unhygienic and the water from the shower does not completely run down the drain but over the bathroom floor.

Hotel is situated directly at the beach.The outdoor facilities were very well maintained. In general, cleanliness was taken care of, as far as the structural condition and the room equipment allowed. I had a room to the lakeside with a fantastic view. It was possible to eat on a terasse adjacent to the dining room. The food offer was quite clear, but I think this is appropriate in view of the relatively small number of guests at my time of travel.

Due to it being end of season, not all facilities were fully functional (e.g. beach bars etc.). Hotel is 7km from Ohrid town, so need a taxi to get there.

Good value for money for an end of summer sunny break. The lake is amazing! Conference facilities were good.
