It is not right to charge for sunbeds on a private hotel beach for the hotel’s guests.

Nice spacious hotel. The lake view from our balcony was fabulous. Breakfast was good.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay

The view that the balcony offered-the only positive thing!

The majority of the staff were rude, we didn’t have a fridge and when we approached them they said that it wouldn’t be rectified during our stay. The hotel was in dire state. The cleaning was just swapping the towels and making the bed . There was no iron available but ironing service you had to pay for extra! We didn’t use the swimming pool as they charged you for a chair there as well as on the beach!

I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views from my room. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. They had an ATM machine next to the reception, very handy. There was free parking outside the hotel. Good food and service in the restaurant.

The quality of the breakfast could be improved. I was hoping for a greater selection. I felt the breakfast crew could have been more attentive and engaged. They appeared young and inexperienced, and some training on customer service could improve the breakfast experience for future guests.

Nothing really.

Everything. Lack of bars, offer of drinks. Closing of everything at 11 pm. No room service. Old commie hotel.

It was clean.

You charge the quests of the hotel for sunbeds on the beach and also by the pool. That is unaccetable and it happens only in Ohrid.

Мала ситница, да не се наплаќаат лежалки на плажа за гости на хотелот, иако по половина цена се, можеби е подобро да ги вкалкулирате во цената на смештајот, полесно се прифаќа така.
