The hotel is in need of repair. Lights detached from the wall, bathroom had mould and in need of repair. Basic breakfast, not much choice. Soap dispenser not working, reported to staff, still not repaired.

Breakfast was served cold and not very varied. No coffee from bar in the morning, only coffee from a bad tasting machine. Restaurant food nothing special.

The bathroom was very tiny and furnitures are pretty old (the wardrobe was not in good shape) but for 3 days it was okay. The bigger problem was the WiFi that was not working that well.

The room was well equipped and the size was good. There was a balcony which is good when weather is sunny. There is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel (but there are also few restaurants nearby). There is also a spa and breakfast in the morning. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant food was very tasty and reasonably priced, the breakfast was also good. The room was spacious and clean, the decor needs a little updating to meet the standard of the price paid but all in all a very good hotel, i recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

We liked the fact the hotel was dog-friendly, but felt sorry about the stray dogs around the neighboring houses - they could be neutred to avoid poor puppies running on the road.

A lovely, neatly decorated hotel close to the Mavrovo lake and the mountains nearby, with cosy atmosphere, kind staff and delucious food in their own restaurant.

No shampoo, in the shower thats liquid soap not actual shampoo, which is very surprising for a 4* hotel. There were also 2 beehives in the beams on our terrace, which when reported when we were leaving, they didn't seem at all surprised or cared which leads me to believe that they already knew.

The location is great and the hotel is easily accessible. The bar is great and they make amazing cocktails, even though service can be a bit slow.

The music on the terrace and throughout the hotel corridors was too loud and very monotonous. The service was a bit slow but luckily we were not in a hurry. The shower in our room was clogged so we had to give it some time between showers for the water to drain. The "spa" was slightly disappointing, since on the pictures it looked like there was a pool but in fact it was a sort of bigger jacuzzi tub. There were robes at the entrance but no towels. The sauna was ok but the steam bath smelled unpleasant so we didn't use it. There was no light in the shower. The area could have benefitted from a water fountain since hydration is important after using the sauna.

The location was very nice with a big terrace with views of the lake. The staff was very friendly and I liked the fact that it is welcoming pets. There is a big parking lot with one electric car charging station. The room was big and comfortable and the bed and mattress were perfect. The breakfast buffet offered a reasonable choice and the food from the restaurant was good.

Very pleasant hotel which we used in the summer. Spacious terrace outside, big restaurant inside, very good food available. Service was very nice. Breakfast could offer a bit more sweet food but the waiters made some pancakes for the kids which were excellent. The rooms are very nice, not too big but sufficient for a short stay. Easy to park outside. A nice step over for a weekend.
