Great customer care from start to finish. I have never experienced such strong customer focus before. Goran, the head manager of the hotel, was always helpful and easy to reach. Perfect central location, clean and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was catered from outside and delivered at door in airplane meal style, without espresso. Bed not so comfy. Room was not serviced everyday, but need to ask for it. It was not a hotel building but only second and sixt floor of a 7 storey building; it was more like a boutique b&b, don't understand why it is classified as hotel in Booking.

It’s very close to the main square

Location is great, you can easily get to main square and walk around the area. We asked for parking and the manager gave us a place infront of the hotel for free. Very clean rooms with some coffee cutlery. Overall very comfortable stay.

The staff, especially a young man going by the name of John, was extraordinarily helpful, polite, and professional. Although the property could not guarantee a parking place in advance, they went out of their way to secure a spot for us. The location is wonderful.

Everything was great... but since it's a "Art Hotel", we would have liked to see more art work displayed.

Very clean and excellent service. They were prompt with anything we needed. Staff super sweet. Location amazing!

We weren't very keen on breakfast delivered to our door as first night we arrived at 3.30am and would have liked to sleep in but knew they would deliver breakfast at around 9. Also there was a day we needed to leave early for a day trip and we missed out on breakfast . It was delivered and put in our fridge but flexibility on timing would be great. Alternatively,there should be a fridge in the lobby where breakfast is placed (labelled of course) and clients can collect it at their leisure.

Excellent location! Interesting room design. Goran was very friendly, helped us with parking as we were in a bit of a special situation, and gave great recommendations for dinner!

Breakfast delivered to room via catering service, we had to wait around for it to be delivered, and it turned out to be just a sandwich, fruit and some fizzy orange “juice”. With so many restaurants and bakeries in the centre, you’re better off going to find fresh coffee and a croissant somewhere else.

Fantastic little urban hotel right in the center, stylish and incredibly welcoming. The staff went above and beyond with genuine kindness. Better service than many pricier places :) We will definitely be back!

Very clean, fresh and modern room. Middle of the city. Host was very kind and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The location was great. It was a very safe location. The staff were very attentive. Mr. Goran and Mr. Can were very supportive. The rooms were clean.

The toilet ventilation was not good. There was an unpleasant smell.

The staff at this hotel is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even paid for an hour of our parking when we parked in the wrong spot. This team is excellent and really made our stay fantastic. Their recommendations for restaurants was great, as well. The hotel is steps away from the main square and close to the bazaar. Perfect location. The packaged breakfast was a nice touch too. /he value for your money and the kindness of this staff is the best. Seriously consider staying here.
