The road to the accommodation is definitively tricky (I guess even more when it rains), particularly without an SUV car. Definitively not for those travelling with a sports car. The top room in the cabins without A/C gets really hot during summer days and it can be difficult to cool it down.

Lovely cabin, views of the lake and wonderful family running it. The breakfast is an absolute feast.

We had to leave paradise and go home to our regular 9-5 job

Loved the quiet and beautiful area with the best views and nature. Owners are a lovely family who make you feel welcome and at home. Also super helpful and able to advise on anything like activities. Lots of amenities in the shared kitchen, clean fridge, ice coffee, everything you need to cook a nice meal. Garden and bungalows have lots of spots for relaxing and hiding from the sun.

The property is beyond wonderful. The only con I can say is the road to Paradise Nest. The road is not well constructed so it causes lots of dust. However, because the road conditions it makes the property look like the real heaven.

Everything is wonderful there and just like the name of the property. We enjoyed every stay at Paradise Nest. June is perfect time to visit Ohrid. At the property you can see the whole view of Ohrid. It’s amazing and so relaxing. The owner family is very friendly and welcoming. I love the idea of open kitchen space. Cooking while enjoying the view. Love it! The room is clean and comfortable to fit us as family of 5. We’d love to visit again next time when we are in Ohrid. :)

I loved everything about this property. The location and the villa were amazing. The food was homemade and delicious made by the owners. As the previous reviews said,the road up to the place is a steep dirt road but we made it even with low cars and made the trip up and down twice a day,so as long as you are prepared,its not an issue. Good to arrive during day time.

The place is magical,the view over the lake is outstanding,the interior and exterior design just perfect and the whole place has an aura of a private bungalow in the middle of the nature. There is a central area that is perfect for groups, a wooden cottage overlooking the lake where yoj can bbq and prepare meals, the common kitchen is fully equipped and huge and we just loved it. The owners are fantastic, completely dedicated to this and at the service of their guests.

We had an amazing time in Sveti Stefan thanks to our host. One of the best view on the Ohrid Lake. The rooms are very confy, bright and tidy. Everything is very well thought out and our hosts were very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend to visit this place !

It's beyond wonderful. The staff is smiling and sincere. The only problem is that the road to the hotel is bad. The locations on imap and google map may direct you to the wrong path. The road is bad, rocky and broken. But when you reach the hotel, the wonderful view will make you happy.

Everything was very nice. It is a place where you can enjoy in peace, clean air and woderful view of Ohrid lake. The owner Zoki and his family were very friendly and their homemade dinner was exellent. The place is magical and good option for days out of the city life. This property was the perfect choice for a peaceful and quiet getaway. We loved everything - the location that gives you a gorgeous view over Lake Ohrid (especially at sunset), the facilities and how clean and cozy everything was, and most of all, the kind, gracious hosts, who are very accomodating and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We also really enjoyed the food - they offer a really nice breakfast, with a wide selection, for only 8€, and I’d definitely recommend having at least one lunch/dinner cooked by Zoran while you’re there, we had a moussaka that was absolutely delicious. They also have a very friendly cat, which was the cherry on top. Overall, a wonderful experience, we’re already planning our next trip back :)

A small downside when the outdoor temperatures are extreme is that the room is not equipped with air conditioning, only a fan. However, at this altitude, it cools down well in the evening/night.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Nest!! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with information about nearby activities. The room was very spacious and clean, with its own terrace and drying rack. The room and dining area offered a stunning view of Lake Ohrid. We also loved the cuddly cat, which was a nice addition. We had breakfast twice and dinner once. Both were excellent. The breakfast had a wide selection, with something for everyone. The dinner was traditional, homemade, and very delicious. We highly recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Lake Ohrid region!

The roads directly before the property aren't all paved but they have put good signage and sent instructions in advance on how to best get to the property which is very helpful to follow. It was a bit challenging getting there in the dark the first time but not a big issue at all.

This property is such a quiet little oasis in the hills run by a lovely family who sincerely seem invested in their guests having a wonderful stay. They offer breakfast for 8 Euros and it is absolutely worth it. They give you a large spread and it even includes nice touches like homemade apricot jam from their trees. They also offer lunch and dinner but unfortuantely we didn't get a chance to try it. The rooms are cozy and have screens if you'd like to sleep with the windows open. The main shared space for guests is equipped with all the plates, utensils, cooking tools you could want and is a lovely seating area to sit and enjoy a slow morning or evening. If our schedule had more time we would have loved another day to just sit at the property and enjoy the peace and calm. It's a very short drive to Ohrid itself if you need supplies or want to tour around but offers you the opportunity to take in the scenic area in a more natural setting. Due to some travel logistics issues we got in quite late and they were kind enough to wait for our arrival and be gracious once we did get there. The hosts are continually improving the property as well and asked us for feedback or ideas and we had none to give! Highly recommend!

Amazing views and super cozy cabin. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in while traveling. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. I loved hearing the birds outside and getting glimpses of the lake from the bed. breakfast was great too (for an additional fee). Would stay again!
