Only downside is the hot water takes a few minutes to kick in, but not a big deal.

Room was clean and had nice AC, a free mini bar and a little balcony. Aqua park available for free too but I didn’t end up using it. Staff were very helpful and always there if you needed them. Plenty of parking.

We just couldn't find the place easily. Google maps don't work well in that part. It shows the road even if there is none. Check the map carefully.

We really liked the peace of the place. The worker speaks English well and he helped us anytime we wanted. There is an Aquapark near it and a Cafe. It was great in total

You can scan a QR code on the table to access free wifi. Wifi speed is fast. But it is difficult to have laptop online. I use hotspot from my phone to share wifi access.

Facilities are quite new. Reception desk staff speaks very good English. Nice room, clean and quiet. If you drive, its location is right beside highway, and is very convenient, since it is just a mile or so through the local main road to reach many stores and restaurants at the brink of the town.

We reserved 4 rooms, and one of them was cold but the staff gave us a heater, and in one room one of the bed was very bad for sleeping, the mattress was thin and you could feel the boards that hold the mattress. Otherwise everything else was fine.

It was very clean and the price was very reasonable.

Wifi in our room was really slow. Aquapark which was supposed to be accessible for hotel guests was closed (but it was September so the season is probably over).

One of the shower doors was missing, so bathroom got very wet. Fortunately ventilation was good, so floor dried till morning.

The mini bar smelled like chlorine, there was a used ear cotton bud in the drawer. Other than that it was clean but clearly very old and outdated design. The receptionist was never there and we had to ring several times to summon him. They barely know english, and have no information about the aqua patk, restaurants or anything really. The aqua park is just one big slide and one small slide, and the pool is musty and not well maintained. The value for money is ok. It said that we can add money for breakfast but there was no breakfast at all.

There is an aqua park just next to the hotel with free entrance for hotel visitors. The room was large and comfortable, ac was great.

When you enter to the hotel it smells smoke (altough the rooms are not smelly). The room is a bit worn out, but what really needs to inprove is the bathroom. After a short shower the whole bathroom is under water. the water is ether extremely hot or cold and during the night the airflow turns on an off (very loud) in the bathroom. the walls are also very thin, we hear the TV and every word in the next room .

It was easy to park, enough far from the center but not too far.

There were not enough towels in the room. The cleaning lady or someone else, left chips crumbs on the bed (the bedding was clean).

The rooms ware heated when we arrived. Boys at the reception are friendly and helpful.

Nothing "Royal" about this establishment. Reservation noted a mini-bar and we counted on that- there wasn't one. Very loud music late into the evening from events . Room and bathroom were old and tired. Hole in bathroom glass/plastic, toilet seat really old. Sink faucet only partially functioning. King size bed but sheets and covers too small to properly cover the bed (can't tuck in. Had to ask for an extra sheet to ensure both of us would be covered). Sheets and pillowcases pilling.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good Able to store freezer blocks and food in the hotel kitchen in light of the room missing the stated mini-bar. Air-conditioning worked well and was quiet.
