Perhaps the big parking space and the friendly staffs

Our toilet flushing was completely broken. Thankfully, we stayed on one night.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

Everything was nice.

It was some loud party at night when we were there.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good Able to store freezer blocks and food in the hotel kitchen in light of the room missing the stated mini-bar. Air-conditioning worked well and was quiet.

Nothing "Royal" about this establishment. Reservation noted a mini-bar and we counted on that- there wasn't one. Very loud music late into the evening from events . Room and bathroom were old and tired. Hole in bathroom glass/plastic, toilet seat really old. Sink faucet only partially functioning. King size bed but sheets and covers too small to properly cover the bed (can't tuck in. Had to ask for an extra sheet to ensure both of us would be covered). Sheets and pillowcases pilling.

Room was clean and had nice AC, a free mini bar and a little balcony. Aqua park available for free too but I didn’t end up using it. Staff were very helpful and always there if you needed them. Plenty of parking.

Only downside is the hot water takes a few minutes to kick in, but not a big deal.

The shower would leak water all over the bathroom

We really liked the peace of the place. The worker speaks English well and he helped us anytime we wanted. There is an Aquapark near it and a Cafe. It was great in total

We just couldn't find the place easily. Google maps don't work well in that part. It shows the road even if there is none. Check the map carefully.

Facilities are quite new. Reception desk staff speaks very good English. Nice room, clean and quiet. If you drive, its location is right beside highway, and is very convenient, since it is just a mile or so through the local main road to reach many stores and restaurants at the brink of the town.

You can scan a QR code on the table to access free wifi. Wifi speed is fast. But it is difficult to have laptop online. I use hotspot from my phone to share wifi access.

Helpful staff, spacious room.

The shower didn't leak. The bathroom smelled a bit.

I would not recomend the breakfast. Eggs are toast are served cold.

It was very clean and the price was very reasonable.

We reserved 4 rooms, and one of them was cold but the staff gave us a heater, and in one room one of the bed was very bad for sleeping, the mattress was thin and you could feel the boards that hold the mattress. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Great staff, very helpful and always ready. Property is clean and the value is excellent of the money.

NOISE DURING NIGHT. There's a constant noise in the room, I assume other rooms' ACs, which constantly goes on an off during the night. Loud noises from neighbors are not a concern for anyone here either. These two caused me to go to bed and not be able to sleep for 3 hours, until I basically passed out.
